Software Developer basic level ka experience hai less than a year ka, trying to move to Devops tho Entry level Devops Engineer ke liye kon konsi skills are gonna be enough? Roadmap ki video dekhli hai but MAIN tools konsay jo enough hongay for an entry level Devops Engineer job in the US.
AWS CCP exam hogaya hai, Python Intermediate level tak aati hai, Linux Basics aatay hain, Docker Udemy se course kiiya hai tho ab should I focus on Kubernetes?Linux?Jenkins?Ansible?and in What order and what tools would be enough to apply for an Entry level.

We have 2 types of version control systems .
1 centralised version control system
2 decentralised/distributed system
1. centralised version control system:- we have working directory, staging area , local repo.
When we write the code our code is store in working directory(in our local system), if we want to some add option our code go to staging area , stagging area code need some commit and checkout operation (stagging area is virtual area) when we perform commit operation our code on local repository (local system) .then we can perform commit and checkout operation for our code store in central repository but here is one problem central repository is place where our everything is stored if something goes wrong on central repository then recovery is very difficult.
2 . decentralised/ distributed version control system:- destributed version control system means remote location version control systems.
Here all process is same but here we can perform pull and push operations because our remote repository fetch the code to local system to remote location ,update the data in remote repository. remote repository is virtual storage. GitHub is example of remote repository....... remote repository stored data is version format data so we can easily use version control data according to our requirement,every developer has his own local copy of repository. It is not centralized and it is
distributed only.
commit and checkout operations won't be performed on remote repository and these
will be performed on local repository only.
The main job of remote repository is just to share our work to peer developers.
High availability, Speed and there is no single point of failure are main reasons for the popularity of remote repositories.

a) AWS codeCommit+CodeBuild b) AWS CodeDeploy c) Ubuntu_Linux d) Git-Github. All were good but best CodeDeploy tha.
Ek point noteworthy tha ki in only CodeDeploy, the user needs to create "Service Role" explicitly. Baki dono main (CodeCommit & CodeBuild) main "Service Role" automatically create hota hai.
Git hub main "revert" best hain.
Tum achha kaam kar rahe ho.

I have one doubt in GitHub. It is taught in this video how to create a new branch using Git but how do we create a new branch in GitHub? and then how this new branch functions in GitHub like it is explained in Git.
Do you have a video explaining the same?
Also is there anything else that should be known to a DevOps engineer with respect to Git and GitHub?

When I am deleting the file, and than staging it, After that trying to revert it through git revert and the I am getting error: your local changes would be overwritten by revert. Also I checked through git log, but the file is not showing deleted there. What to do?

sir, I am facing an issue... my file is added and committed with git and whenever I make a change git tells me that this file is modified... but when I delete the same file, after restoration all of the data is removed.... why?

Hello sir, I’ve created one folder and run git init but whenever I tried to run git status in visual code is showing git term is not recongnized, I am using windows os

Git restore --staged file1 is giving a fatal error.
Tried Git rm command followed by file and it worked untracked. Want to know if this issue with the got version or command got deprecated?

Whenever I add a file in another branch(say dev here) and then change the branch to main it automatically gets added to main, i believe it is not supposed?
Each and every change which is being made to either main or dev branch goes to other branch.....Not sure why is this happening?

What is difference between restore and revert command?
restore will help you to get a file back to staging
whereas revert will revert an entire commit

Sir is git perform on cross platform? Means my server is windows server(on-premises server for git) and I want to make repos using git. Is this ok or you suggested to migrate server in Linux?
yes, it can be used cross platform, use git bash for windows
Any suggestions to migrate to Linux? Because I proposed them to shift on enterprise Linux as we can do any thing in CLI but windows has limitation for CLI
