@@DrSakshiAroraHansobsandgynae Mam it's very easy to say that read standard textbook but in reality even after reading 3-4 times a standard textbook books most of the students fails to answer the questions in national level entrance exam because of lack of revisions and recall .....Now one can study all standard textbook in his MBBS curriculum and if he does then he will not able to answer even 10% questions in PG exams.....bcz human brain has limited capacity.....so A/c me watch videos , solve Q bank add extra points to notes , follow a subject guide book it will help in your MBBS professional exams also....and then REVISE REVISE REVISE .......the only disadvantage of standard textbook is you can't revise it....

Plz consider in that video for pre final student ,we have completed some subjects and some are left we can not go with time table like final year student as we have to give less time to completed subjects and more time to make notes for remaining subject. We are just confused it seems like combination even we have somewhere in our mind that this is the case of xyz but still a lot of things came in mind and hence make us feel bad or demotivated ....so just i want u to tell mam what is way to go and how can we go towards a diagnosis by that prima facie by patient .... For eg... If a patient came to me and say i have epigastric pain from some days and it happens time to time.... I also have bad stomach and some headache some lethargy ..... So after listening these things.... We r just stuck.... And a lot of things came in mind bcz these symptoms are common and seen in a lot of disease...so how we have to process this and further go with it ...
