You're my favorite reviewer. You say everything you're thinking and you're being honest. You say what everyone is already thinking (Ex. "How great is concealer?" "Pretty sure that these are all the same concealer..."). I just adore you.
Nic, thanks for taking the time to do this. I'd really love your thoughts on how these compare to high end concealers. 🙏 I use the Bobbi Brown Intensive Serum corrector & concealer which are brilliant but very ££. Would also be great to hear your thoughts on the best high end concealers. Xx
It is strange how you are REAL pro makeup artists and you only have 2M subs whilst some girls who are not so good at makeup (yep, I'm throwing shade at someone xD) have more subs than you.
I'm an older sub, and the Rimmel Match Perfection is nice and creamy, blends well and doesn't settle into creases too much. The Maybelline Age Rewind is also good, but the coverage is very light, and pills when I try to build, but Maybelline FitMe is really for older skin too, as it blends easily and doesn't crease.
Tried your tips on application yesterday and why/when to warm the concealer with my finger it made a HUGE difference I ended up putting on makeup and going to the mall I felt so wonderful. Boy did the results last! Thanks! I used my finger to apply ELF concealer which is sold in drugstores near me.
I can't thank you enough for actually putting the products on your face - it was so helpful. p.s. your skin is gorgeous and your eyelashes are amazing!!
I absolutely love the British slang that you and Sam use in the videos! I heard one of you say "Knob" and I messaged my girlfriend who is from Sheffield and tell her that you two used her word!! I love the fact that you have dry skin because I do to! It really helps when I am trying to pick out products!
Finally!! I cannot express how thrilled I am to find this post, but I will try~THANK YOU THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER THANK YOU!! How was that:) Seriously, from the time I began using makeup at all, around 14 years, undereye concealer has been my quest, bar none. I am now 50 and have gone from oily skin to very dry, so everything I knew is out the window. There are so many options out there and I have recently spent a small fortune trying to find a worthy high end concealer, to no avail. I am blessed with great clear skin and a decently attractive face, but horrid dark circles which are unaffected by sleep, food, drink or the rest. They simply ARE. I will now happily move on to the drug store brands, armed with the all the knowledge you just imparted. I am so grateful for your time and effort in making this video. Sorry for gushing but this is brilliant~so is the fact that you girls designed all those brushes, how damn exciting is that?! I will be giving those a go as well. Tons of love from a new subscriber who's feeling rather blessed~ Sam in AZ
I literally cannot get enough of these product comparison videos you keep doing!!! I'm enrolled on a makeup artistry course and these videos are a god send to some one who's putting together a (relatively) low cost kit to use whilst at college. I have like 90% of your brushes and double of most of them! You are my go-to girls for everything, no matter what I'm struggling with, you guys have covered it in 1 of your videos at some point! Sending BIG LOVE from Leeds 💛💋 x
Since you are.in school, you should start a channel. I would love to follow you to see how you develop over time and experience. Please think about it.
i have the urge to put concealer on now haha! i love that the videos you do are just straight to the point, no messing around with cut aways and music or anything, nice 😄😄
Revlon Colorstay concealer used to be my favorite for imperfections back when I had cystic acne. It covered well and stayed for a good amount of time on my oily skin. Also, will you do more videos like the older ones where you and Sam (and sometimes Stacy) would go over all of the foundations in a brand? I really enjoyed the MAC and Estee Lauder ones. I've seen the older videos about Clinique and Chanel. Since there have been new foundation launches, will you either update the ones older than 4 years or maybe do one with a different brand? I like to watch those videos because it is very helpful to see your color matches and which foundations actually do what and what skin types they would suit. Thank you!
+Hayley 5SOS Have you seen shade no. 15? it's only available in my local superdrug, my Boots doesn't have this shade at all. It's very light, much lighter than widely available shade no. 10
+dizzyizzy Yeah, I have shade 15, but it is still too dark for me. I am very pale, but love that concealer. I just wish they made a shade for people as pale as I am. ☺
Loving the video! Its so helpful because your average person who isnt a makeup artist cant afford to buy every single one to try. I think the Collection one has a fuller coverage when applied with your real techniques sponge :)
:) I really enjoyed how much you talked about each concealer. I'm so sad because I wanted to buy tarte concealer, but it's not available in the UK. I just moved from America to England.
I died on those comments about the sponge! ! :) And your reaction here was #priceless. That's true, as long as you use it and it works for you that way, who cares how the others use it? :) BTW I love the RT sponge! One of the best on the market for me X Keep up the great job girls. Love from Germany.
Hi nic. Sorry to point this out but it's actually the beauty U.K. Concealer that you said was amazing for the price and the me me me one was terrible. Then in your conclusions you mixed them Up by mistake. Just so your viewers don't buy the wrong one xx
Thank you for this video! I have dry skin too and have found that most beauty bloggers have oiler skin so I loved hearing your thoughts and watching what the product does on your drier skin! Keep 'em coming!
I know two affordable concealers that are amazing and didn't appear on this video. ● The Bourjois Happy Light Concealer for blemishes - it's very yellow undertone, full coverage and blends like a dream. ● The Maybelline Fit Me Concealer for the under eyes - it's very creamy, smoothing, good coverage and last really well. 😚
I've been using the collection concealer for a while now, but recently it's been a bit patchy on me so I've been looking for a new one! This video is super helpful
+readancer Try KIKO, there are 2 of them one is cream, other is liquid, you want the liquid one. The only one that works just right for me. I have really dark cicles and the coverage is great. 6 euros was the last price I saw.
+readancer try the rimmel match perfection one if you haven't already - i had a massive problem with creasing but this one doesn't at all as long as you powder it
I love being able to find your brushes in more places then just Ulta now here in the States. I just bought my first ones a few weeks and ago and in love and kicking myself for not getting them sooner...
The Severteen 18 Hour Concealer is amazing! Much better than the Collection one everyone raves about which I think dries far too quickly and settled into fine lines under the eyes. But the Seventeen one is amazing!
I can just mention as a no7 advisor, our match made concealer was never made for under the eye this is for blemishes only! We also have a concealer in a pen form in silver packaging called instant radiance concealer and this is designed for under the eyes as it is a liquid concealer which gives a brightening radiance finish which for under the eyes work better than the match made, it just depends what you want the concealer for :)
I have more oily combinational skin and my all times favorites are Maybelline dream touch and Maybelline Anti age concealer. Second one works only when I put it on and blend with beautyblender otherwise it looks too dry under the eyes. I loved this video - you are a make up hero to test so many products in such a short video! Really helpfull to choose too!
When makeup enthusiasts try to advice professional makeup artists on using a sponge..nic you are hilarious...and ever so more in your accent.. The brushes we designed... Shady but so epic..haha... Love to you both xx
I LOvED this video because I'm 37 and I have a terrible time finding a concealer that has enough coverage to cover my very dark circles, but that won't crease and look cakey and dry and show all my lines. Thank you for actually putting them on your skin so we can see how they look! 😊
This was *SUPER* helpful! A lot of these I haven't heard of either, which is awesome. Definitely some awesome recommendations that I'm looking forward to picking up myself. :)
I highly recommend mac barely there face color and powder. My skin looks so good when I wear it. It evens out the skin tone and the order gives a little bit of coverage. Key word: little . I use a spot concealer with it
LOVE this! So helpful. I have seriously dry skin with occasional eczema around my eyes so knowing which ones are drying is really useful so I can avoid spending the money!
ahh you read my mind! looking for a new concealer because i hate the urban decay naked concealer its so drying and cakey on me, so going back to the high street! I'm 27 and the fine lines and darker circles are starting to set in.. looks like i'm headed for Maybelline! The last Maybelline one i had was Fit Me and i loved it! Thanks so much for this vid, love you guys! xx
Haven't tried the Super Stay (on my list now) but I found the Age Rewind too drying and crepey looking under the eyes. My fav drugstore is NYX HD if you can get it.
Love that Revlon colour stay concealer! Been using it for 8 years and it's a holy grail product for me. It lasts more than any others I've used, including high end 🙌🏼
After buying various expensive high end concealers I have recently discovered the collection one - it's fab and only £4. Highly recommend for anyone with pale skin.
thank you so much! i'm new to make-up and i was a bit confused on what to get because it's a bit overwhelming when you're in the shop and there is loads of concealers but now I've got a fair idea of a few i can choose from in my budget
Real Techniques ARE the best. I absolutely love them. They haven't failed me once. I get compliments non stop on the flawless look i get using them and I'm no Pro. Thank you ladies!
I absolutely love the Maybelline Better Skin concealer but I've never heard anyone talk about it until now. It's the only concealer besides MAC Pro Longwear that keeps my acne scarring and blemishes under control all day.
+HK77 I've always found the Age Rewind to be really sheer. The FitMe is just "okay". I'd use it if I was desperate but it wouldn't be my first choice. Better Skin is slightly stickier which gives the best coverage, the only downside is the shade range.
+Jess W I've heard a lot of great things about it, and since Mac Pro Longwear is my all time favourite concealer (for now at least) I need to finally try it, I just keep forgetting about it :)
I use the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 25 Medium (I'm a brown girl). It's blendable, conceals my under eye circles well and leaves a nice, smooth finish. I was using the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in Medium before this and I found that that one was a bit too dry for my under eye circles, didn't conceal as well and made me look a bit cakey under the eyes. Was hoping the Fit Me Concealer would be in your list!
I love seeing so many mini reviews for affordable products! I really like the L'Oreal Lumi Magique under my eyes, but I'd quite like to try the Revlon one, it looks like it would be good for blemishes and it's actually pale enough for me which is a bonus! x
The collection concealer is my holy grail! I quite often only wear concealer and no foundation and this concealer blends beautifully over bare skin and has great coverage for my blemishes
you are a doll ♡ I can't imagine how hard it was to do this video for us, the putting on, the taking off your poor under eyes are going to need a vacation with lost of pampering lol! thank you sweet heart xo
+pixiwoo I love it too! Unfortunately, we can't get it in the states anymore, even with my professional licenses we can't get it!😫😫😫 so, Li Lash it up girl!💋
I love these vids on various drugstore stuff, superdrug is normally too overwhelming to try doing this yourself haha! Perhaps an affordable mascara or liquid eyeliner one?
I really like Maybelline Better Skin concealer with a doe foot applicator. I'm 39 and have dry under eyes with dark circles and it covers well. I also use it on pimples and it seems to make them less red and clears them up quickly. Great video!!
The Maybelline anti-aging concealer ("Age Rewind" in the US) is one of my holy grail products. If I don't feel like wearing a full face of foundation, I'll swipe some of that on my problem areas, bounce a damp sponge over it, and I'm done. I've got combination/oily skin, and that over some primer (I use Hourglass because it's AMAZING and I've yet to find a drugstore primer that works for me), and it stays really well. Even got me through a week in Disney World. My glasses did rub a bit of it off, which can't be helped, but it was easy enough to touch up while waiting to take pictures. For $7.99, it's a total win for me.
If you have seriously bad dark circle like me, i have finally found a combination to cover them completely! Firstly the apply you foundation like normal, then use benefit fakeup concealer and blend it in. Let it set for about 5 mins and then apply a layer of Estee Lauder double wear concealer (try and get a salmon toned one) then collection lasting perfection in your highlight shade on top of it and blend them in with a beauty blender! Perfection!
I REALLY like these comparison videos with drugstore products! It's so helpful because there is just SO much out there. Thanks Nic 😄 Maybe a blush comparison would be nice next? I have a hard time finding a natural looking powder blush that stays and has nice pigmentation.
I've been using the Collection concealer for some time now, thanks to you girls, who use it all the time. It works wonder with my ultra dark circles and super oily skin.
You're my favorite reviewer. You say everything you're thinking and you're being honest. You say what everyone is already thinking (Ex. "How great is concealer?" "Pretty sure that these are all the same concealer..."). I just adore you.
Died laughing - 'the sponge I designed, I'm using it wrong?!' People are great :D
+Angie R Oh god butt paste... I just totally almost sprayed coffee out of my nose.... LOL
Ellie Ringler haha but paste is an actual thing haha for diaper rashes :p
Can't thank you enough for this affordable series you're doing, I really appreciate it xxx
Sooooo helpful, - clear, concise no messing around. Thks a million for this!
How the heck is your skin soooo flawless...
Nic, thanks for taking the time to do this. I'd really love your thoughts on how these compare to high end concealers. 🙏
I use the Bobbi Brown Intensive Serum corrector & concealer which are brilliant but very ££. Would also be great to hear your thoughts on the best high end concealers.

SOMEONE explaaaaaain Nik's bodacious brows! I cannot peel my orbs away..... I need that Delevigne thickness above my lids! LOVE!
Love that you tried all the concealers on and not just mention them. Very helpful video. Thank you :)
Rimmel Match Perfection and Wake Me Up are my go-to concealers!! Thanks for the helpful video Nic x
I bought the fit me but it's too dark for me? So would it be better to give it to my mother as she has older skin than me (obviously 😂🙂)
+Elle Beauty - as long as it's the right colour for her , it should do well on her skin!
'Doesn't have to be a real techniques brush... Although they are the best' 😂😂😂 🙌🏻
lol I heard that too! too funny
Your maturity shows, that you can laugh off the comments - I love it. Your brows are looking great, Nik!
Her and her sister designed the real techniques brushes? That's really impressive.

Since you are.in school, you should start a channel. I would love to follow you to see how you develop over time and experience. Please think about it.
Just wanted to say both this and the foundation video are a great addition to your usual videos. So helpful. X
i have the urge to put concealer on now haha! i love that the videos you do are just straight to the point, no messing around with cut aways and music or anything, nice 😄😄
from watching this video I've learned that what I want to purchase most is that brush! It blends so many different concealers so flawlessly
Revlon Colorstay concealer used to be my favorite for imperfections back when I had cystic acne. It covered well and stayed for a good amount of time on my oily skin.

+Tori Stiefel Sure we can xx
Love this kind of in action comparison!
Thanks for sharing Nic!
You should have tried the maybeline fit me concealer. It's my personal favourite. Only flaw is that I feel it doesn't come in light enough shades.
Hayley 5SOS sorry to hear that...definitely they should make more shades!
the rimmel wake me up and the collection lasting perfection concealer are my favourites. They are really good for my sensitive skin
Loving the video! Its so helpful because your average person who isnt a makeup artist cant afford to buy every single one to try. I think the Collection one has a fuller coverage when applied with your real techniques sponge :)
+Bellsbeautyspace Yes as I found out . Loves the wrinkles xx
:) I really enjoyed how much you talked about each concealer. I'm so sad because I wanted to buy tarte concealer, but it's not available in the UK. I just moved from America to England.
You can get it delivered to the UK :)
isn't it beauty uk 2.99 the good one? not mememe? we have beauty uk in my country their lipsticks are very good too and soooo cheap
+leona paric Yes it is i held up the correct on but called it the wrong name. I corrected it in the description box. xx
:'
Yes it is x
yeah it's beauty UK I think
No, she said the MeMeMe one...
Really love the rimmel match lasting perfection one its so easy to blend with ur expert face brush 🌙
I died on those comments about the sponge! ! :) And your reaction here was #priceless. That's true, as long as you use it and it works for you that way, who cares how the others use it? :) BTW I love the RT sponge! One of the best on the market for me X Keep up the great job girls. Love from Germany.
😂those comments about the sponge!!
Totally agree with 'your' comment!!
which video was it?
+Ayn Edleen the one where Sam does her make up half high end and the other half of the face w/ high street products.
I love this kind of video! So incredibly helpful, when you are in for a new concealer, but overwhelmed by the drugstore options. Thank you, Nic!
Hi nic. Sorry to point this out but it's actually the beauty U.K. Concealer that you said was amazing for the price and the me me me one was terrible.
Then in your conclusions you mixed them
Up by mistake.
Just so your viewers don't buy the wrong one xx
+neevahberesford Thank you. Bangs head on table.... xxx
+pixiwoo hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii pls reply
+neevahberesford I have corrected it in the description box. Thanks for spotting it out for me. xxx
+pixiwoo you're welcome. It's a great video xxx
Brilliant video again. Very informative. Honest and true as always. Thank you x
Thanks Nic!!! I love when you guys tell us about affordable makeup because the high end stuff can be soooooo expensive! Fabulous video xxxx
Thanx! It would be cool if you had a second smaller screen on the top side with a close up of application so we can see the texture and coverage.
Stunning brows! I would love a video about them, they're gorgeous
Such an useful video! Great job! And thanks a lot for all the time u spent on filming this :)
+villanuevaaaa Thank you.x
+pixiwoo This video was so useful - what brush were you using (to blend the concealer in) in the video because it was really good! Thank You
+Katie Lever the real techniques domed shadow brush
thank you!!!
+Katie Lever no problem. They also recommend the deluxe crease brush which is slightly bigger
I have never found a concealer that doesn't crease on me
+readancer Try KIKO, there are 2 of them one is cream, other is liquid, you want the liquid one. The only one that works just right for me. I have really dark cicles and the coverage is great. 6 euros was the last price I saw.
+readancer try the rimmel match perfection one if you haven't already - i had a massive problem with creasing but this one doesn't at all as long as you powder it
Late to the party here, but Shapetape by Tarte is the only thing that lasts for me. I use it in place of a primer because it actually lasts.
Is it good for blemishes too? :)
I love that one too! It covers both my dark circles and blemishes and makes my skin look so flawless! It's amazing!!
I've been subscribed to your channel since the beginning and I adore you two! Love what you are doing and wish you both well.
I can just mention as a no7 advisor, our match made concealer was never made for under the eye this is for blemishes only! This was so helpful, thank you! Given me a few new concealer to try out xx
Love that british accent "last longaah, with your fingaah" 😚
lool
I have more oily combinational skin and my all times favorites are Maybelline dream touch and Maybelline Anti age concealer. Second one works only when I put it on and blend with beautyblender otherwise it looks too dry under the eyes.
I loved this video - you are a make up hero to test so many products in such a short video! Really helpfull to choose too!
Can U Plz Do Affordable Brow Products xx Ly 💜💜💜
While I was in uk, I couldn't wait to get a collection concealer -wanted to go to boots right off the plane! Love it.

Currently use the maybeline 24hr concealer, absolutely love it, definitely my favourite one I have tried. Much love Nic
Best tinted moisturisers? Just to even out skin tone? Thanks! 😇 x
they reviewed a few bb creams and tinted moisturisers in their best drugstore foundations video if you want to check that out in the mean time 😊
+Olivia Thomson thank you! 😇
I highly recommend mac barely there face color and powder. My skin looks so good when I wear it. It evens out the skin tone and the order gives a little bit of coverage. Key word: little . I use a spot concealer with it
I love this kind of informative videos, your opinion is well educated and I love to know your thoughts on more affordable products! !!
I'm loving your brows lately.... Please please make a updated brow tutorial..... lots of love... :)
I was thinking the same thing! Her eyebrows look amazing!
LOVE this!
Oh cool that's interesting thanks for replying :)
Yes fit me is Great
Love that Revlon colour stay concealer! Been using it for 8 years and it's a holy grail product for me. It lasts more than any others I've used, including high end 🙌🏼
Could you do a holiday makeup bag video please as I am going away soon and have no idea what makeup to take with me 🙈
Love this video, very helpful! I also love the maybeline fit me concealer.
you forgot the maybelline fit me concealer I love that one its amazing
she reviewed 20!!!!!! give her a break
+Sofia Staunton i know but that one is so popular and worth reviewing
+Toobiie Q oh welll she didn't so ya know...
+Sofia Staunton I am only recommending it and I am sure she will love it. No hard feelings hun
+Toobiie Q I know none what so ever xoxo
After buying various expensive high end concealers I have recently discovered the collection one - it's fab and only £4. Highly recommend for anyone with pale skin.
Hi would you be able to do a affordable mascara video ? Xx thanks
Try miss sporty lash millionare fake lash effect it's AMAZING and only around £3
thank you so much! i'm new to make-up and i was a bit confused on what to get because it's a bit overwhelming when you're in the shop and there is loads of concealers but now I've got a fair idea of a few i can choose from in my budget
Hey Nic, what do you use for skin care? You have stunning skin xx
Does it have better coverage than the FitMe? I'm just running out of mine and don't know if I should get another Fit Me or the Age Rewind.
the fit me is so much better coverage I found age rewind went cakey on my skin very fast
I wish u would zoom into that area to show us in detail (the under eye area)
I love seeing so many mini reviews for affordable products! I really like the L'Oreal Lumi Magique under my eyes, but I'd quite like to try the Revlon one, it looks like it would be good for blemishes and it's actually pale enough for me which is a bonus! x
Do Rupaul makeup please!!
The collection concealer is my holy grail! I quite often only wear concealer and no foundation and this concealer blends beautifully over bare skin and has great coverage for my blemishes
WHICH was best for super Dry eyes? :)
Plus Now we need High end concealers.
I've been looking for an informative video like this on drugstore concealers, so thank you! I just subscribed btw
Hi! Best affordable mascaras? Please?
you are a doll ♡ I can't imagine how hard it was to do this video for us, the putting on, the taking off your poor under eyes are going to need a vacation with lost of pampering lol! thank you sweet heart xo
"You're doing it wrong!" 😂😂 Some people! Looks like the Li Lash is working well for your lashes! You're lovely as always!💋
+Shanna McBride I love that stuff its really amazing. I have just ordered my second load. xx
Your brows👍🏼👍🏼
I really like Maybelline Better Skin concealer with a doe foot applicator. I'm 39 and have dry under eyes with dark circles and it covers well. I also use it on pimples and it seems to make them less red and clears them up quickly. Great video!!
There's so many concealers that I love the consistency of but even the palest shade is far too dark for me. Pale skin problems.
Very helpful, thank you very much :)) Also love those little tips you gave like the one about using fingers to warm the concealer up a bit xx
Maybelline Fit Me concealer is nice for the undereye area.
+Nicole S. my favourite too :)
I'm too pale for it though! They don't have my shade :(
I have watched you guys since the very beginning. Absolutely LOVE the make up brushes and my collection keeps gets bigger and bigger. Amazing 👏 xxx
"what the sponge that i designed" ahha nic gettin sassy as fuck
+Jessica Coulson LOLL!!!
Omg purchased your brush line and deep cleaning brush gel!!!!!! It's Amazing! Love you ladies!!!!!
love your eyebrows
I'm so glad you liked the maybelline superstay! It's so underrated and I think it's the best at the drugstore for covering acne!
Does anyone else get a reaction to Collection Lasting Perfection? Always makes my eyes sore then dry.
For $7.99, it's a total win for me.
i was wondering have u tried the maybelline fit me concealer and what do u think of it ?
I just bought the Maybelline Age rewind concealer and it's my favorite drugstore one yet!
Fit me Concealer is my favourite....then Anti Age.
Maybelline really do kill the concealer game
If you have seriously bad dark circle like me, i have finally found a combination to cover them completely!
Firstly the apply you foundation like normal, then use benefit fakeup concealer and blend it in. Let it set for about 5 mins and then apply a layer of Estee Lauder double wear concealer (try and get a salmon toned one) then collection lasting perfection in your highlight shade on top of it and blend them in with a beauty blender! Perfection!
I used to love the collection one but it's been giving me lil bumps under my eyes and on top of my cheeks lately😔
I REALLY like these comparison videos with drugstore products! It's so helpful because there is just SO much out there. Thanks Nic 😄
Maybe a blush comparison would be nice next? I have a hard time finding a natural looking powder blush that stays and has nice pigmentation.
Could you please list the colors that you used?
I've been using the Collection concealer for some time now, thanks to you girls, who use it all the time. It works wonder with my ultra dark circles and super oily skin.
