Agreed on everything though. Especially that physical res down -100 that can be done preemptively if you have his SA passive unlike with Ewan where you have to attack 3 times first.. knowing that a lot of bosses don't have weaknesses so they gave him non type attack +100% too

@@lumine3668 ewan’s phy down is still better because it’s on main attack and not on a separate non-attack skill.
Yeah, zilva has good self buffs, especially with sa.

I think it depends on the situation and whether or not you'll be able to get enough health on Ewan to apply the 3 stacks ( I know there is Mechani armor ig? That heals Ewan after every hit )
Ewan still my favorite character of all time especially his AS .. still waiting for him to get TM and SA

Thank you for this guide, I tried him a lot, really happy with him
I tried him with Claude ES instead of Ilullu Alter and Melpiphia instead of Orleya AS, the first 3 are really good with him but I have yet to try Orleya AS with him
I wonder if we could use any link attack like Toova ES, Renri Alter (maybe Kuchinawa too ?) instead of Mazrika according to the weakness of the ennemy
We really need better dark tanks for the survivability of Zilva AS' teams

@@taskira3296 only mazrika’s owl link can change element with kaleido, renri’s will remain fire even if zilva changes element.

@@Seven7AE from what I read, it doesn't change its element, it's always water, it only changes to slash/blunt/magic/piercing according to the unit with the link
If you look, on the wiki it says attack type, not element type (but it does precise that all buff on character apply to the link attack, it's also the case on Toova ES', which I guess is good if you're aligned to a weakness because the attack should take the kaleido but in non type attack you would choose the one the ennemy isn't resistant to)

@@Seven7AE that's really strange, if you look at the phrasing, it does say it will change based on the weapon type, but I guess if you compare Mazrika vs Toova ES, Alma AS or any other link, there's a little difference in the phrasing, but even with that it shouldn't be the reason...
That's strange, anyway good to know

@@taskira3296 it does change based on weapon type, like mazrika link on alma will always be pierce even if her attacks are magic because she is a bow user.
But mazrika link is unique in that it seems to be the only link for now that can be affected by kaleido or flexible.

I am a little confused. He has a skill that buffs Non-type attack and most of his attacks are Non-type but his stack changes his type to the weakness of the enemies which is not Non-type. A little weird.

My guess is it's for when the enemy that doesn't have any weakness so he'll still get +100% non-type buff

Great video! Zilva looks great, but I don't have resources to sidegrade him hahaha. What's the best way to get Chant Script? Is it possible to farm it somehow? Trying to get more to sidegrade Uptalaka and Jillfunny, have just 2 right now.

@@Seven7AE I strated trying the Complex Dream tower, got 2 already (still have 1 to go). Maybe this is the most guaranteed way, but I will also try some ADs. Tried some TTW, AD but no luck here...

@@dvcrono the rates for chants from ADs is like 2-6 per month assuming you spend all your keys every day.
