    cool instructional video. A tip.. some people will only be working on the variator or belt and won't need to touch the clutch, and might have power tools. So the proper way to remove the belt or just to get some slack during reassembly is to pull the REAR outer pulley-half toward you, and let the belt fall lower between the two halves. Tons of slack so the belt easily goes on or off. This also prevents unnecessary stress on the front (variator) shaft, the boss, and the pulley halves during reassembly which can lead to a warped variator, which means chewed up rollers, severe loss of speed, noise in the cvt, and ultimately a disintegrated or exploded variator.

      i can't seem to pull the outer pulley half toward me in order for the belt to slack and fall lower on the variator drive side - too much tension. what can i do about this?

    In this video I notice no gasket was used when cover was re-installed. I thought it would need one...Am I wrong ? Thanks

    Total roller weight 42g so basically 7g rollers. I’m running the ncy 82cc. Clutch yellow contra & yellow springs. Wonder where I should start?

    Have a 97 Elite CH80 has a oil leak. How hard is it to replace the gaskets? and how many hours would it take if you have experience working on Cars/Motorcycles?

    Where do you find the exact style of your Honda Elite I haven't a Honda Elite in the pink slip says 86 but I don't know if it's a 50 or 80 or a hundred where do you find that at on the bike or the I don't know very

      Look for vin number on the frame under the floorboard / behind the front fender

    you would've been don't long time if you had a impact gun. then come in with your torce wrench. good work tho. you should try small tooth belt then that big tooth. you'll feel the difference

    The breathing is unsettiling
