You can tell when smart folks talk. Even beyond web dev stuff just certain ways they express their in their language which reveals mental models used that are just more approximate to coherence or how actual things work. This is a timely video for me so much appreciated
This is the only channel that I have come across on youTube, that talks about such concepts... Knowing such concepts helps to clear interview as a fresher..
This new teaching on whiteboard makes concept way clearer. Do look out for a digital whiteboard sometime in the future. It would be a worthy investment❤
Still yet to learn a lot in backend engineering, Caching softwares like Redis is one of them. But this explanation gave me a good insight of Caching as a whole
I don’t know why, but for some reason, after I started watching your videos which is mainstream development stuff, and on the other side the chaos of doing DSA to get into good product based companies, I’ve started inclining more towards development and want to explore more in it, both the frontend and backend. And yes, you and your content really helped me change my perspective (and just to be clear, not saying this to get a t-shirt, the statement stand by itself💪). You and I have same age, but there’s so much to learn from you. So please don’t stop making such content. P.S : The beard on you looks more smart, mannnnnnnnnnnnn what have you done with that?😂🔥
facing this problem of large lookup and computation and came up to this video waiting for more detail video on Redis and Thanks for great work for community
I love your channel man. It is unique and gives us a high level overview of this industry. Many jumps in to coding but we need such tuts to refresh and grow faster.
One of your videos where you were talking about how to think to solve a problem where you used codedamn playground to make a counter helped me in an interview that I had so Thank you a lot 🥰
I first found about caching when I watched your video about Redis with Nodejs and now this, just awesome videos, personally I love database related techs and concepts so loved it and hope you make more DB related videos
These recent videos that you're posting regularly is on another level, nobody is doing it in India. People are just looking to become FAANGM engineer while you're making sure the quality of engineering is maintained.
Hey so the way that caching improves the speed is just by storing data in your RAM, but then what happens if you have multiple pools for one application then, would you need to spend space in each of the pools where the application is running to store the cache?
Thank you so much for this, your videos are really awesome with great video quality and content too. With help of your videos now I am able to build web projects. Thanks a lot!!
Clicks 'empty cache and hard reload' in chrome on work computer. Looks for something to play on personal laptop just for background and this is the first video in RUclips suggestions.. 'Maybe I should find out what that command actually does'... the timing man..
Thank you so much for this, your videos are really awesome with great video quality and content too. With help of your videos now I am able to build web projects. Thanks a lot!! Also I have one request, please make MERN playlist on youtube, it will definitely help many students!

am sorry but its a very frustrating course. I have a problem running the vscode env, solutions are stuck at infinite loops although its a very basic code setting up a simple express server, listening to their default port and writing a few http methods. I even copied the solution code they provided and it is still giving me the issue. But its not the end , when I tried raising this issue as a feedback in your website , its loading and the feedback is still not submitted. I think thats a lot of headache while consuming a very basic and simple course. I dont have time to go into your feedback section and report problems for such small issues and they should be fixed automatically in dev testing as well.
Yo mate, this videos are great. Sadly the bad part of them its that the blackboard gets fully of text and draws so easily. Im sure you would have an easy time if you do this just with some images like a powerpoint, and for sure would be easier for us all to understand whats going on. Cheers

Wow, very lovely explanation of caching.
nice detailed video
Wow your ability to breakdown a complex topic into concise and easy to grasp manner, is commendable...
Please dont stop making such videos...
Video really explains the concepts well. I have been using redis caching in the backend to reduce the database queries and improving latency
Amazing content Codedamn.
Tbh this is the channel I was looking for, to enter in the world of web development!!!
Dude, this was an amazing video! Really thanx!!
Mehul Sir on 🔥🔥🔥 so many informational video's in just 1 week 🙏🏻😊

Hey so the way that caching improves the speed is just by storing data in your RAM, but then what happens if you have multiple pools for one application then, would you need to spend space in each of the pools where the application is running to store the cache?
That’s why you have redis that is hosted within the same network close to the app servers, so multiple app servers can hit the cache.
Great video!!! Full of amazing content 👍🏻
You are a great teacher.
1 more great topic Mehul! ty!

Just imagining the feeling of winning the code damn t-shirt. It is awesome.
Can redis be used as the only database?
Why should I prefer backend caching I can do a frontend caching hook and look up there itself
