The box is 7 inches X 3 inches, the booklet is 2.5 inches X 3 inches, micro font in grey lettering, lol, need a magnifying glass to read it. Video saved it all...thanks
Thanks so much. I just opened mine up and your video was very helpful. Mine in Canada is slightly different (perhaps they changed them all since your video). Instead of holding the M (Mode) button to activate Inception mode, you click it twice. Can’t wait to use mine at some tourist locations! (Gimbal not the selfie stick 😆)

yes mine doesn't work exactly like that , also in Canada. I followed the video WHILE he was doing it and mine does not lock horizontally, and i charged both parts, its like the little one isnt speaking to the other. Pamphlet says charging done when light goes off. But that's only about 4minutes?? that cant be?? Charged it for a few hours and still, the little magnet guy does not do anything to the Gimbal. Faulty? is it meeee??? lol
It sounds like you got either one that is defective or perhaps they have changed the model somehow and there's a different operation I'm not familiar with I do hope you get it returned and replaced if it's faulty or you can get it figured out if it's just different from the one I have because one of the other replies commented that he had one and it looked identical but had a slightly different functionality and that may be the case with yours so good luck and God bless.

I like how they designed the clamp to fit in between the phones volume and power button. I have had other Gimbals before that I could not use because the clamp pressed on the buttons.
Indeed, when clamping the buttons it is a poor design.

You've had this product for a couple of months now. how did you find the battery life holding up? i see a few comments saying the battery life is pretty short. like an hour or so. just wanted to get your long term use perspective.Thanks for the video
Thanks for checking out the video. I switched and now use a different tripod instead of a gimbal as it better suits my needs. That means I cannot really speak to long-term usage sadly, sorry I can't be more helpful.

Not a gimbal but for what I do this is a much better option.
I got one of these a few weeks ago, and while I've not used it much it seems to loose charge if left sitting about.

Isn't 5-6hrs battery short too short? Is it for continuous use? If i go hiking for 2-3 days and use it intermittently, will the battery last?
I'd never use one for that long at one time myself but I'd think with limited use over a few days you'd probably be okay. Never hurts to have either a small solar panel or power bank though if you can work it into your gear.
Great clip. I understand now how to use the gimbal. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect the remote control with the smartphone. It is charged but there is no connection to the smartphone. Green light flashing.
Thank you, glad it was helpful. The BT should connect like all other BT devices in your phone BT settings. Did you try holding the BT remote power button for awhile like you would a headset for example?

@@pascalrambaud9010 Sorry I was in the hospital and only recently returned. Best I can recall the green is shown when powered on. I don't recall if it is solid or flashing sadly.
Have you charged the remote itself?
I want to see the remote uses a battery that is replaced not recharged but unfortunately RUclips Studio does not do a good job of indicating the exact video the reply is being made to so I don't recall at the moment I apologize if I'm not able to be of more help. The battery is a coin cell battery if I recall correctly so I would check into that if you have an issue with the remote not having power.

Hey mate Greta review. I have mines here and I like it but it’s frustrating me I can’t lock it in vertically.. is this possible?
Right around 3:10 I show the lock unlock and it does show both vertical and horizontal best I can remember but I haven't used mine in a while and I haven't been doing videos in a while due to some medical issues hopefully that helps.
I have one and without the gimbal feature activated it seems to only lock on horizontal.
Makes me wonder if something's wrong and it should be replaced hopefully under warranty and hopefully without too much hassle.
@@Tw3akst3r I think it's so it folds up, they perhaps haven't designed it to manually lock in the other direction. It's okay though as stabalises both ways when the power is switched on in gimbal mode.
Can we turn camera front to back while making video 🎥 making....Through any selfi stick...????????? Either any gimble.....?????a big confusion
Vertical or horizontal, if you want to switch cameras either do it in the camera app or remove the phone turn it around and put it back in place.

What would be a use for the inception mode? I feel like I am missing something.
I think it's just a fun spinning option to make a video that's different or unique.
I want to know how thin and heavy is your phone with the case on.
Best I can tell you is 281 grams with the case. Case is 0.64 inches thick. You can convert those to whatever measurement you require, hope it helps.
Gimbal stabilizer Qimic WS-21006.
The green light (STABILIZER INDICATOR) on the corp of the gimbol is flashing slowly. Why? The gimbal is fully charged and otherwise seems to work properly. So what is this stabilizer blinking light.
Unfortunatelly there is no e-mail address no internet address to the manufacturer to get the customer service .
I don't recall anything about a blinking light at the moment unless it maybe relates to pairing the remote but that'd be a guess at best.

I bought the Gimbal a few months ago and at the beginning it worked just fine and I didn't have any problems. But now there's something wrong with the stabilizer. It doesn't work. I can't turn it on anymore. I tried to charge it with multiple chargers but it seems like it doesn't want to charge. Once I plug it in I can see the red light, but only for a few seconds. Then it just disappears. I don't really know what to do and I was hoping maybe you could help me.

It sounds like the battery or the component responsible for charging is no longer working which seems odd for such a short period of time but as with every product it happens.
You should probably take advantage of the warranty but first I would try to email and see if the company can offer suggestions that might help.

Just got mine. How long do you charge it? How do you know its done charging?
Been a while since this video... 2-3 hours charge, 5-6 hours use and there is a small LED charging indicator (it either goes off or changes color but I cannot recall).
Hi, how do you unlock and move the phone holder? It seems like I can't move it and you just turn it around with no problem.

At 3:07 I show and mention the sticker about turning to lock or unlock. Does yours not click into and out of the locked position as shown in the video?

It locks pretty well to accommodate for heavier phones. Glad you got it sorted.

I didn't think that Gimbal mode would require charge. I thought it could just rely on its ball bearing
In order for the gimbal to compensate for movement it has a motor that counteracts the movement. This means it requires a charge. There are gimbals that use weight and no power is required that do the same thing but that's a different type gimbal.

You're welcome, thank you for watching and commenting. Without power it'll flip and flop about so if you want a gimbal that doesn't need power it'll be a bit larger and heavier since those types use weight to counter balance the phone.

could anyone tell me why when using the remote for video, it cuts the videos off at around 4 min.?
What device and app if using something other than the default camera? Using the device this only happens when using the remote but never at other times?
