If you want to keep it, then go to the authorities and find out when electricity will be available and what it will take to make it available. They also need to grade the road to make it more accessible, then build a sturdy house for you and Boi soon. OR sell the house and land when you find a good place to buy that is closer to neighbors, has electricity and water. But please don't spend a long time paying rent and letting your house and land sit there. You would be wasting money. Think about you & Boi's future and make the best decision.
