He’s allowed to initially protect his daughter, doesn’t give him the right to beat him to a pulp and both continue to assault him after the officer has arrived on scene.

@@knightclassic1once again so bogus, the man would’ve been arrested for sexual misconduct of a minor for trying to kiss her. He didn’t rape her and he didn’t molest her. They clearly said he got drunk and tried to “kiss her”. If the situation did really happen that way, why didn’t they bring the daughter outside to talk with the officers? The officer was absolutely correct to lecture the man about not committing street justice that could put himself in jail instead of the pedophile.
