Wow, looks amazing. I assume other villas will be built around this property… fantastic price, just curious about how much would the pool and the garden cost??? This could be a marvelous retirement home… nice and manageable…

@@johnrencher442 the pool and garden area are very manageable, you could get someone in 1 time a week if need be. Similar size properties will pay around 20 dollars per visit. Add on top some electric cost and chlorine and you are set. Yes at some point expect other properties to be built around this one. There are already several built condos and villas across the street from this one.
