These men can take notes from the English gentleman that took the time to learn his bride and family’s language (Korean) and spoke at their wedding in Korean surprising them. It was a well written speech too
I agree. And I think we women should take accountability for the men that we’re choosing. We are so much smarter than what we give ourselves credit for. And we deserve much more. Most of these men today aren’t worth it.
@@Caseinpoint1777 That doesn’t sound pleasant though. Life is way too short to look for a romantic partner. There’s nothing wrong with being single. It can be liberating.
When I first saw videos of brides being disrespected like this I always was baffled none of the bride’s guests (especially her family) would get upset and call the groom out. But it makes more sense that this kind of disrespect is not new behaviour to the people in the audience, there’s undoubtedly a LOT of guests who have witnessed this appalling behaviour over and over and have tried so hard to talk her out of saying in this relationship but have finally given up trying to help her because she refuses to listen and already know from experience she’ll just take his side and defend his behaviour even if someone tried to speak up for her. Hence why the audience just sits there gritting their teeth in silence as this man once again humiliates her.
He didn’t just wake up and start embarrassing her, if he was that comfortable embarrassing her on THAT day, he’s BEEN embarrassing her…and she’s been accepting it…defending him
As much as I wanna blame the men, the woman staying in those relationships are equally stupid. Either they're pick me's and just want to say they're married, or they think that behavior is tolerable.
Well it's not always as easy as "just leaving" lol. Landlords expect 6 months rent and deposit upfront which is basically 10k. Or I need to earn between 40-60k which isn't possible with minimum wages even working 50 hours a week. And with a child they don't accept children they literally make it impossible to move in the uk. Not sure how it is in america. But landlords don't care about references even if I pay my rent on time every month etc. So leave to where lol. I dont have family to help me. Lucky for me I guess in a sense I have gotten help finally to move due to domestic violence which I have to sort of prove with a police report and all that to help my case. Because it got physical this time. And yeah not sure where im going or when I don't get much choice in where I move to unfortunately but I'm waiting and shouldn't take longer than 2 months I'm guessing. 🤷♀️ only the past 6 months or so I've learnt about gaslighting and he's literally a full blown narcissist it's crazy to think. And it's hard to wrap your head around the fact like this person doesn't like you but doesn't want you to leave or won't leave you. And watching these sort of things (not sheraseven) but these sorts of videos explaining everything getting it really into your head and telling the you and helping me to understand really helps break that mindset and the cycle you get stuck in. The relationship won't be like how it is in the beginning. It's all gradual and the abusive is subtle and constant or not all the time. And it does escalate. It's all different in different people's situations. It's very easy to be quick to judge especially when you're not in the situation. And you don't even know what the person and been through prior. I just wanted to leave my abusive home that's why I moved in with him and I was vulnerable at 22. But it turned out to be like this and this is the situation I'm in. Just because women "allow" it or put up with it etc. Also doesn't justify the men's behaviour. They shouldn't be acting that way to begin with.

Shut up rings and weddings... To each their own. This is what you get when wearing the white dress is the end goal. Good for them, but no fool will ever embarrass me like this!
Due to tears and foggy glasses, my husband couldn't read his vows so he did them on the fly. We were together five years, engaged for two. His vows made EVERYONE cry. It's not about time. It's about love, honor and respect.
11:17 the purple suit reminds me of A pimp named Slick back, sis the suit and the shade of purple speaks volumes! He is going to treat her even worse once they are married, it is a very sad situation but oh well let me mind my single business
Who raised these BOYS. My mom would drag my brother by his ears off the aisle. He would never ever especially infront of his parents he respects. So their disrespect is universal. What????
I would like to start a petition for a rehearsal of vows. Thats also a good way to see if this is a shut up ring/wedding & will say whatever to try & go viral. This is why I support courthouse weddings-I can’t imagine realizing your husband hates you, it’s gone viral and now you’re out of thousands of dollars…
She didn't just realize he hates her at the wedding, it's that she wants the wedding/marriage MORE than protecting her self-esteem! That is the problem!
If he speaks to her like that in public in front of their friends and family he’s probably far more disrespectful to her in private. The woman is complicit in her poor treatment though so I don’t feel bad for her or any other woman in this situation.
Imagine saying that to your bride on her wedding day in that ethereally beautiful dress and veil. Men feel shame but not about the right things, he should have felt ashamed to even think of making this his vow, let alone following through with it
You can tell the woman who said "as it should" when he was talking about how it took the bride time to develop feelings for him doesn't like him at all. If only the bride listened to her. 😂
The groom who said their first date lasted three days.... If that's the only inappropriate thing he said and the rest of his vows were sweet, I think that could have been a genuine mistake. He probably just thinks of that time as being a very romantic and magical experience between the two of them, and hadn't considered what judgements outsiders might pass. I only say this based off of that very short clip and the fact he didn't realize it might mean anything bad until he saw others' reactions (meanwhile, the other grooms in this compilation KNEW what they were saying and were immediately laughing at their own jokes and paused to look at the audience, expecting them to laugh along). But that might also be me giving him too much benefit of the doubt.
I was looking for this comment because I don't understand what's wrong with that. I think it's sweet that they liked each other so much they wanted to spend 3 days together back to back... only thing that's maybe embarrassing about them is that they don't have anything better to do with their time to be able to spend 3 days on a date 😂
@@Dee_Dee216 I think the implication is that she stayed the night and then didn't leave... not that they met up three days in a row. I think it was a mistake on that groom's part. But the other two...? Eech.
@TheDVantOne OH okay I get that. I saw a comment slightly after that explained. I still don't think he should be grouped with the rest of these degenerates either way though. I have been on 3 day dates where I slept over at a guy's place and nothing happened we just talked and connected. And even if they slept together, there's nothing wrong with doing that they are both grown so it's understandable that he wouldn't think it would be that big a deal to mention it.
Still making excuses for grown men? The man knew what he was saying was disrespectful. He said what he said as a way to publicly humble the lady. That is not cute nor funny.
The women who settle for such a man are victims of the societal message, “the best thing you can aspire to is to have a beautiful wedding.” Having a wedding as a life goal is insane. Things are changing for women…not fast enough.
Just have babies women its the most important job you can do its the only job actually im so excited for my wife to be a home maker and be everything she was always meant to be, a floor cleaning poopy underwear wiping sex doll!
There's a whole conversation about how grooms who really hate their brides will show OUT on their wedding day. They embarrass the heck out of them because they truly resent them for making them have to get married. This is embarrassing.
At this point we need to really start being honest with ourselves. These women allow this behaviour..why would u marry a man that had u waiting for decades... they speak to these women like this because she allows it. We show ppl how to treat us.. raise your standards babes.... these joke marriages won't last
The “I just wanted to hit” man could’ve said that so much better but he knew his wording would incite a negative reaction. It really aggravated me. Could’ve been: “when I met you, I was someone that pursued meaningless relationships. I allowed lust to cloud my mind and I will admit, initially my intentions with you were not pure. But when I saw that you were looking for something meaningful, I knew I should value you and know you as MORE. Over the years knowing and growing with you, I’ve learned to want better for myself. And YOU are better.” But hell if he said that then he’d actually love her.
I just mentioned that to someine else. His wording was poor. The way you wrote it is from the perspective of someone that has grown to love and appreciate their significant other... he has not. He said what he meant.
You want a wedding, not a marriage. There's an event where women (and men) get all dressed up in wedding dresses, the whole nine yards, and do a pub crawl and generally party together. It's called Brides of March and if you want to get your wedding dress ya-yas out, do that. 100% recommend.
I don't feel bad for them. I'm just glad they will never be able to act like they have it better than single women just because they're married. Not when all corners of the world now know that your husband hates you.
If a bride used her vows to make the groom the butt of all these jokes, you know the men would be screaming about her being a red flag and he shouldn’t marry her
This is what women tolerate when they are desperate to get married. This is the “Atleast I got a ring, at least I’m a wife.” They are ok with their husbands being someone else’s boyfriend because “ at least they got a ring.”
Nothing in this world would make me hold my peace if I attended a wedding of someone close to my heart and heard such filth in vows. Does the official leave out "If anyone has any objections speak now or forever hold your peace." Everyone nervously laughing instead of speaking up. Then again these women know who they are marrying so they must not wish to be saved. This is a sickness of the highest power.
I'm so glad I've never really fantasized about getting married. Matriage is a big, legally-binding life change that should be taken seriously. Don't enter into a life contract with an idiot or someone who will harm you (physically & psychologically).
The groom who mentioned the first date lasted 3 days, I think was an innocent mistake. He was just trying to point out a meaningful connection but instead she got a little embarrassed. But I don’t think he’s malicious as the other 2 grooms who set out to shame their brides.
He wrote those vows. He wasn't having random word vomit. He had time. He didnt care because 1) he did not consider her feelings and 2) because she isn't human to him.
We're done giving them free passes for lacking emotional intelligence. Also, wonder whose idea it was to have a first date that lasted three days? Probably his.
Exactly! And it doesn't sound like those 3 days were full of sexual acts because he said she made him wait for it. People are taking portions of his clip to voice their opinions instead of letting the full video of what he said play out.
Either way, why would you be with a person who even would think in this manner? I keep ppl around me that show me decency, courtesy. That story is not cool in front of family - in so many ways. That’s why the vid is getting a reaction - cause why would one do that for a wedding vow? …. In a vow for the rest of my life I would want someone to say why they think I’m the one to go down a road with them. Not a how we met - I know how we met.
The last wedding seemed worse to me, having to be asked several times if that's all you wrote, by the pastor/priest as well. I would feel humiliated. Women will start checking vows now and this will be added to the list, alongside wedding pranks as a possible red flag 😢.
I'm not tracking - the "first date lasted three days" guy tried to be genuine and endearing, but unintentionally missed the mark. The other two "just wanted to hit" - don't both men deserve just as much criticism? Neither were seriously romantic or endearing. One is just as bad as the other - rag on both of them just as hard!! Don't let either of them slide.
But why would you assume people would interprete it that way. If she hadn't reacted no one would have known she let him hit. And also she's grown so what? He was just casually telling their love story and didn't disrespectfully mention that they slept together, every one else just assumed which is on them for having dirty minds😂

This sounds like my dad’s eulogy to my mother. It made her seem like a doormat. “She told me she loved me, but I didn’t love her yet” when talking about their relationship in the beginning.
Men know within 6 months if they want to marry a woman or not. If a man has you move in with him before he has made up his mind about marrying you he does not want to marry you. It does not take men that long to fall in love and emotionally invest in a woman. When a man falls in love he decides immediately to be with you because most men are not in love with the women they just date and live with and when men are in love they are inspired to action.
Can we normalize women leaving disrespectful men like this at the alter? I would happily protect my girlies who walked away after hearing such disgusting behaviour from their grooms. Why are women tolerating shit men would never tolerate? If women were saying vows like this to their groom,I can guarantee those men would throw tantrums and punches for the disrespect.
New subbie I love the honesty and holding all parties accountable. These excuses are clear as day and they’re being overlooked. This is the age of accepting the bottom it’s sad as hell!

100%. If a dude said something like the first 2, I would finish the ceremony and then just not file the license, and move out the next day probably.

I agree with this.
Still making excuses for grown men? The man knew what he was saying was disrespectful. He said what he said as a way to publicly humble the lady. That is not cute nor funny.
The women who settle for such a man are victims of the societal message, “the best thing you can aspire to is to have a beautiful wedding.”
Having a wedding as a life goal is insane.

We show ppl how to treat us.. raise your standards babes.... these joke marriages won't last
The first lady looked so embarrassed in that video. She knows what she has and settled. I can't feel bad for her, or those other brides.
And YOU are better.”
But hell if he said that then he’d actually love her.
I just mentioned that to someine else. His wording was poor. The way you wrote it is from the perspective of someone that has grown to love and appreciate their significant other... he has not. He said what he meant.
Thank you he could have said it in such an eloquent and appropriate way but he did it by devaluing and degrading her. Smh
And you just came up with that while he had months to prepare, revise and review those vows but still came up with THAT.

If a bride used her vows to make the groom the butt of all these jokes, you know the men would be screaming about her being a red flag and he shouldn’t marry her
Sad ! That women have to allow themselves to settle ! In a for nothing marriage
This is what women tolerate when they are desperate to get married. This is the “Atleast I got a ring, at least I’m a wife.” They are ok with their husbands being someone else’s boyfriend because “ at least they got a ring.”
And men wonder why there is a 4B movement
No babe, there so many other creative jokes he could have cracked but chose that. Remember, people practice their vows before the wedding day
All are ignorant trash imo
But what was implied with “first date lasted 3 days” is she gave it up on the first date and the escapade lasted 3 whole days.
@LeoGeminiPassyon Yeah... he missed the mark.
But why would you assume people would interprete it that way. If she hadn't reacted no one would have known she let him hit. And also she's grown so what? 15 years of “dating!!!!”
