The Airbnb you booked is nice. We went to Cornwall in Easter holidays, the same price as you paid only gave us a much smaller apartment but the sea view was really nice. We stumbled across a National trust spot along the coast and it was surprisingly the best scenery I saw in the trip.

You didn't miss much at Pendennis. Sorry you weren't able to visit Minack. Definitely buy tickets online in advance and time with with the performance. After your visit, walk down the steep staircase to see the beach. Next time you go, try to time it with a food festival. St Ive's or Porthleven's festivals are great. I also recommend visiting Tintagel Castle operated by English Heritage. Lots of great places to eat fresh seafood in Cornwall. I am fortunate to go every year.

Kew garden also has a very nice greenhouse
I stayed at Penzance last time where there's a bus called Lands' End Coaster that can take you to various coastal points including Lands' End and St Ives. Been to Minack Theatre (about 15 minutes' walk up from one of the bus stops) as well because there's no show that day and it allows visitors in without booking. The place is very beautiful!

Definitely drive, book an airbnb for at least a week, use it as a base and go to the various towns each day. Each one has its own characteristics. Enjoy seafood every day
