    Are you clean fasting? (having nothing that would trigger insulin) I’m planning to start soon and this book is saying that clean fasting gets you the best results. I’ve done water fasts where the flavored electrolyte powders made it really easy but that wouldn’t be considered clean. According to this method I’d just be having black coffee and water cause I’m not interested in the other options. Oh and flavorless electrolytes in my water if needed to avoid headaches. (baking soda, salt, no salt) I’m sure it’s hard but I’d rather start out the hard way and adjust than to get slow results. I think it will feel like I’m doing a lot for a little and I might quit. 😅

      I’m actually starting clean fasting tomorrow. I read the book also and made note of the clean fast method. I was dirty fasting this whole time 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m excited to start fresh. #reset
