I have lots of D313, I use 3.3Ω R louder sound than use 4.7Ω R, 1.5-9v battery all good, I try the usb 5v, Works nice too.

I saw your clip on a small amplifier building with the D313 transistor, I have tested the construction and it is good pressure in the sound I can attest to, I have 2 transistors that sat on a scrap card, so I can build mini stereo, thinking of changing resistance to potentiometer. it was fun. feel honored and hope you come up with more cool things with few parts, good luck!

you can make 120 watt if you parallel 4 of them
