I sincerely think Ines should be in the OP tag in every tier list. The low redeploy time, the great damage for a vanguard, the slow and stealth reveal on top of solid dp gen, the fact you can slow and invis reveal in multiple places on the map using her AND the fact she doesn't even need to stay on the field to do so. Utility and QoL like that is so hard to powercreep, so hard to find in most characters.

She also has an invisible reveal, while being invisible herself, she can bind enemies, make them weak and heal herself. She can also be used as a fast-redeploy. Truly OP.
Truly, Ines and Typhon have been my most game changing units by a large margin, granted I only started playing january this year so I'm missing a lot of the strong meta units but she has been super impactful in how I play and is just so strong and versatile
Since this Tier List is aimed at helping newer players, putting some form of identifier for a welfare unit would be greatly appreciated! I had to spend quite a lot of time with one of the wiki's open swapping back and forth looking through all of the units of each type that were higher rating than what I had, checking to see if any of them were open to me.

Thanks for letting me know what you think is disagreeable. First let me say that S+ in my list is not the same as in the Gamepress list. I have in total 4 units in OP which is not even close to what gamepress has. I wanted to make the top 4 categories more refined and not just slap everyone that is remotly good in either S+ or OP. The way I look at the top 3 category OP= Stupidly broken Regardless of me knowing the stage or not. Just having them in the Team Pretty much allows me to ignore most mechanics of the stage and gives me an easy W. S+= Really broken but I would still need to play well to have an easy time on the stage.(Can also break some mechanics) S= Super Strong and just having them in the Team simplifies most stages. But I sCan0t fully ignore the mechanics. You said Ines is low rated. We are talking about S+ to OP. That is out of 16 possible ranks. She the closest to getting the OP rank and I probably would have given it to here but for this version I also used 2 CN Tier lists as a reference (sent to your old comment) Where she was also not ranked the highest of the highest tiers. Gnosis I agree I think I can rank him in the next version as S rank but keep in mind S rank in my Tier list is pretty much Gamepress S+ so that should be what you are asking for. I am aware people are used to the Gamepress ranking but for nowadays standard with the insane strength of some operators it needs to be more refined. than just slapping everyone remotely strong into S+ and EX and call it a day. Eyja is a good example. Eyja is abslutely amazing. she is super strong. And that's why she is in S Do I think she is stronger than Yato alter in S+? No DO I thinks she is more valuable in the team the Exia S-? Yes Do I think she is stronger than Golden Glow in S+? No Do I think she is about around the usefulness of Ceobe S? Yes I hope you can see what benefits it had to make more use of the different rankings. I wish I could have given you some Gamepress examples why just slapping everything in S+ and ex is not good enough anymore but the site is currently down.
Ty for the tier list! I am a returning player whose account is kinda stuck in the launch meta (I haven't played for 4+ years and only returned during Virtuosa's banner, so not long ago). To me, these rankings matter a lot when I am deciding who to build.

@Cesith Really good overall Tier List. I actually think its brave of you to make a tierlist as it often gets heavily criticized, and many people are biased but this one looks quite objective. As a veteran player playing since launch, I agree with most of the tierlist but if I may respectfully add, I think Eyja Alter is a well deserved S+ above your S rank. Reasoning is, her versatility, ease of use, extremely forgiving positioning even with tile restrictions; her S3 global (50s duration at that) quite breaks the game in survival aspect (also instantly gives all your ops on field 30% max hp) no other medics can in a brain dead way, and can even allow very offensive helidrop positioning for your other ops. 2nd, Regarding Chalter, she may be S+ instead of OP, as meta has shifted quite alot, and her role is much more replaceable than before. While she still does still have insane dps / slow utility and ammo system, her short range restriction, restrictive ranged tile placement, and high dp cost may make her not as versatile and optimal choice in the roster. She does not have the Extreme Versatility/Utility/DPS as Mlynar and Texas, nor does she have extreme survivability gimmick like Surtr does. Her damage can also be "replaceable" under right circumstances by other S+ units.
@Cesith I haven't played on CN, and am interested in CN tierlist as well for the upcoming banners. Do you know any good source? Or can you make one for CN as well? I am sure many players are interested as the upcoming banners have many good ops coming and may require sacrifices/prioritizations
how easy and undemanding an operator is should not affect their ranking Ling at S is kinda ridiculous. Yes, she is more difficult to play than other strong Operators but she is still THE best unit simply because of the fact that she can solo over 75% of the entire game (excluding special game modes like SSS, IS and CC) and most of the stages she can't solo are beatable with just one additional operator. I actually disagree with more ratings of this list but this one was the weirdest for me
For general content this tier list is accurate, atleast for me I agreed for most of them. But for new Player, don't build your operator based on tier list because in the end less stronger operator that easier to use is more valuable than the op one. For example Typhoon is so strong with her skill 2 that you can make her a land holder, for me she's easier to use than another strong sniper like Chen alter and Pozy. In the end, if you have stable ops, build whatever you want and pull also whatever you want, no need to rush and hate one operator because less useful they are based on some tier list.
Gotta use my selector by the end of the week, choosing between Hoshiguma and Suzuran most likely. Surprised Gravel didn’t get S but then her role is kind of odd. For new players especially, a dirt cheap frd to buy time is priceless.
maxed marksman Jessica C+ come on man, I have her e2 lvl69 m6 lvl3 module she is one of the best option in IS#4 for her archetype at least in the early game, she's the strongest 4 star marksman after module, probably not a waifu material, I don't care about a 2d character design but she's really good, one of the cheap operators that can change the game in IS.
Questionable? The active part of her S2 is +115% atk, 21 aspd, +1 target and no reduction for ranged attacks for 25 seconds on 28 sp cost - seems really great to me The other part - maybe. I think she should have buffed sp recovery rather than aspd with her talent, to make it more synergistic with her skill. But generally Istina and Zima aren't used much, Gummy skill is auto, and the only op she can mess up with is Rosa, who still gains up to 32 aspd buff (with mod) She is not bad overall, has nice dps on good cycles, but not great either. Mid you can even say. Pretty much B tier, yeah.
@@kliff-s7rYewh, not the most enjoyable thing probably, but such cases will be rare as I said Leto is kinda paradoxical in a sense that two things in her kit interact with other USSG members when one is strictly beneficial while the other can be quite harmful, especially in hard content But if you don't use other USSG with her, she just becomes physical Arene
@@lumsalo with that being said, would you recommend me to build Leto (whom I like very much) or Arene as my 3rd Lord? My main 2 Lords are E2 lv45 M3 SilverAsh and E2 lv1 Lappland (I am a returning/newish player).
@@Kyokka hard to say. Both aren't mandatory, and you already have better units for both damage types. Personally I'd go fot the character i like, although Leto is more expensive to upgrade. Also, Silverash is purely a nuker with S3 and lacks consistency - Leto covers that, meanwhile the only advantage of Arene over Lappy is auto sp and damage to drones (and drones specifically, not all flying targets)
I would rank Thorns above Qiubai too. Definitely in a vaccuum. Quibai does have amazing synergy with slow and bind operators though. Given that there is now such a critical mass of great operators to fill that niche (Chalter, Ines, Virtuosa, Passenger, Gnosis, Suzuran, S3 Saria, etc) it's much easier to push her to her limit without feeling like you're just paying an operator tax to make her worth using. So I can understand the logic if you're assuming that's the kind of team she's going in. I run a slow/bind team and Qiubai at her full potential is pretty monstrous.
I disagree with the author about Ho'olheyak. Skills 1 and 2 are not impressive but skill 3 completely changes the gameplay for her. The rating is at least S, even with a slight minus. Previously, I fell for the opinion of bloggers about Ho'olheyak and did not level up it. As it turned out, it was in vain
Some opinions: Ines is easily OP. Quercus(post MOD) is better than Silence Alter. Magallan is obsolete in curent game, probably more irrelevant than Vigil. Gladia is IMO better - have more varied uses - than Weedy. You are underestimating Greyalter(post MOD). I feel that W is actually better than Fiametta, Fia is just non-difficult content AFK op, that needs to be babysitted.

Yeah sure! I down graded everything by one rank as you might have noticed. Mostly for the 6 stars the S ranks are a lot more refined than they used to used to be. Summoners (beside Ling) were always a bit lower ranked as I actually felt like. This was to not misguide newer players into investing into summoners without really knowing how to use them. Obviously if you give a Silvergun (A great player) a Deepcolor, she performs almost better than a Surtr in my squad. How good a summoners performs is based of the skill of the Doctor rather than the character itself. S ranked Operator now in the Tier list are very close to being broken but since still require some stage knowledge and skill to use I consider it a fair ranking for her. Also I am not even sure if there are even 10 character occupying OP and S+, so she is still pretty much ranked top 10.
This list is actually so much better than older ones and im so suprised, you stepped up your tierlist by 10 times with this one. My issues with the list: Snipers: Rosa is litterally at same tier as Typhoon if not outright better for most content lmao, her skills are braindead and she doesnt lose 50% of her dps the moment another enemy walks on typhoons range. Thats just objectively a borderline wrong take Rosmontis should been A at max too, she doesnt offer much Other than these pretty good list for snipers. Casters: Ceobe at max should be S+ minimum, she is the best source of arts dps for high end content in the game. Ifrit at E1+SL7 is honestly terrible. Should been A at best there. Max tier is good tough Lin should be S, she with her module is extremely strong and used on many high end clears. Goldy should be S/S+ at E1+Sl7 too because of how insane her s1 is. E1 goldy has better Dps than non module e2 m3 ceobe s2 Overall pretty good Guards: Lessing and Skadi being same tier is a HUGE downplay for Skadi, she has an alternative AH team to work with and her much bigger DPH means she is better off as a boss killer than Lessing is, not even mentioning her module. Lessing should been A/A- Mountain isnt S+ on Max anymore, his damage is way too low for current laneholding wich is dominated by Executor2 And as result Executor2 should been S+ at minimum. He is litterally broken espiecelly with his module Defenders: Both Nian and Hoshi should been A+ at max as their niches just isnt relevant on current burst damage meta of the game. Maybe Hoshi can stay on S- tough I would personally put Mudrock at S+ she is so much hetter for laneholding and bursting now. Eunectes being A+ might be overrating her. Saria is hardly S+ anymore. S fits her better espiecelly with upcoming Shu dominating her entire niche wich is just S3 at this point. Vanguards: Honestly Elysium should be S+ too, his Def ignore and same DP skill as Saileach S1 means he is just as usable as her. Mumu should been S at minimum, her kit allows immense utility alongside generating DP wich makes her a viable option compared to Flagpipe/Ines meta. Ines is easily OP on both E1+SL7 and Max. She is borderline broken and i would go far as saying she is more game breaking than DPS releases like Mlynar or Degen. Medics: I would put NG at S+ as she is litterally undisputed at arts damage reduction (Im so glad you didnt put Eyja alter at S+, that was actually refreshing to see) (Also Reedic being S+, she is so underrated for how broken she is, she deserves S+) Supporters: Angie is A+ at max tbh, she litterally offers nothing other than slowing wich other decel binders can also do. I personally would put Skalter at S+ but S fits too Gnosis should been S at minimum and maybe even S+, his Utility and CC is close to being the best in the game. And shamre should been S- at minimum. HOW IS SILENCE ALTER BETTER THAN QUERCUS?? Silence alter s3 sucks and her s1 is weak so only good skill on her is s2 wich has horrible downtime/uptime ratio, Quercus is easily the best healer candidate in the entire game so she should been A+ while Silence being A- Ling is S+ at minimum, not used much on CC and hih end IS content but absolutely dominates general content so such extent that she is arguable to be one of the best. Specialists: Spuria is easily Z- even worse than Tsukinogi How in the world is Yato alter S+ while Texas alter is OP? both should been OP at BARE minimum, they are the best operators in the game undisputed. Gladiia is a S candidate tbh espiecelly as a laneholder Spalter is absolutely goated and is S+ at minimum, she breaks so many mechanics just by existing all while providing massive damage and CC Overall i give it 8/10 much better than older tierlists, i think the only massive fatal flaw of this tierlist is Rosas placement. Typhoon is overrated to oblivion and Rosa beats her on litterally most content in the game.

@@muhzulfikar5759 Her s2 should be priority. Rosa is extremely broken... with module. Her module is the most insane DPS increase in the game and makes her much consistent and stronger than Typhoon. It costs alot to max it out tough
I wanted to reply to comment you wrote earlier but I might as well do it here. Thanks for the valid takes. I will consider them for the next version of the Tier list. The thing about Rosa and Typhoon. I have been struggling to rank them. If they are the same rank people complain and if they are not people complain. So for this version of the Tier list. especially for some of the 6 stars. I used the help of 2 seperate Tier lists made by CN around the Virtuosa Banner. So modules are mostly the same. @@Cesith I was writing a reply before i accidentally tabbed out explaining rosa vs thyphoon debate but ill write it again later. The core problem with typhoon is thay her damage absolutely plummets the moment even a single enemy walks into her range while Rosa retains her 110k+ total damage. This makes thyphoon EXTREMELY inconsistent on s3 and very weak on s2 because of multiple enemies effectively reducing her damage by almost 70% on s3 and 50% on s2 wich Rosa ignores completely. This also means that Typhoon is extremely weak against waves of enemies because of her damage being reduced while Rosa isnt so its best to use Typhoon as a sole boss killer instead wich limits her useability alot Also that CN tierlist is very weird. It doesnt seem to have clear idea of what its tiering and what its doing at all. Degen T1 not T0? Suzuran T0? Ceobe not T1? Eyja not T1? Why are defenders tiered that way?? Yeah there are just some issues with that list and i think the person that made it wasnt sure on what they were tiering characters for.
Yeah the 2nd Tier list there had some very interesting takes but I was mostly looking at the first 1 which I think did mostly a really good job. Since you are a very critical person I would love to hear your Opinion on the first one as well. As for the Debate... Until the next version comes out I'll be asking around what others think of the Debate and what they think would be most fitting. I'll definitely spend some time improving their rankings.

I sincerely think Ines should be in the OP tag in every tier list. The low redeploy time, the great damage for a vanguard, the slow and stealth reveal on top of solid dp gen, the fact you can slow and invis reveal in multiple places on the map using her AND the fact she doesn't even need to stay on the field to do so.
Utility and QoL like that is so hard to powercreep, so hard to find in most characters.

Agree. Ines is the new Bagpipe. She has a better DP generation than a Flagbearer, high damage like Bagpipe and range of a Tactician when her skill is active. She also has an invisible reveal, while being invisible herself, she can bind enemies, make them weak and heal herself. She can also be used as a fast-redeploy. Truly OP.
Truly, Ines and Typhon have been my most game changing units by a large margin, granted I only started playing january this year so I'm missing a lot of the strong meta units but she has been super impactful in how I play and is just so strong and versatile

Since this Tier List is aimed at helping newer players, putting some form of identifier for a welfare unit would be greatly appreciated! I had to spend quite a lot of time with one of the wiki's open swapping back and forth looking through all of the units of each type that were higher rating than what I had, checking to see if any of them were open to me.
I strongly believe yato alter should be op tier as well, her damage is insane plus she gets her damage out very quickly on s2 and s3

First let me say that S+ in my list is not the same as in the Gamepress list.
I have in total 4 units in OP which is not even close to what gamepress has.
I wanted to make the top 4 categories more refined and not just slap everyone that is remotly good in either S+ or OP.
The way I look at the top 3 category
OP= Stupidly broken Regardless of me knowing the stage or not. Just having them in the Team Pretty much allows me to ignore most mechanics of the stage and gives me an easy W.
S+= Really broken but I would still need to play well to have an easy time on the stage.(Can also break some mechanics)
S= Super Strong and just having them in the Team simplifies most stages. But I sCan0t fully ignore the mechanics.

We are talking about S+ to OP. That is out of 16 possible ranks.
She the closest to getting the OP rank and I probably would have given it to here but for this version I also used 2 CN Tier lists as a reference (sent to your old comment) Where she was also not ranked the highest of the highest tiers.
Gnosis I agree I think I can rank him in the next version as S rank but keep in mind S rank in my Tier list is pretty much Gamepress S+ so that should be what you are asking for.
I am aware people are used to the Gamepress ranking but for nowadays standard with the insane strength of some operators it needs to be more refined. than just slapping everyone remotely strong into S+ and EX

@Cesith Really good overall Tier List. I actually think its brave of you to make a tierlist as it often gets heavily criticized, and many people are biased but this one looks quite objective. As a veteran player playing since launch, I agree with most of the tierlist but if I may respectfully add, I think Eyja Alter is a well deserved S+ above your S rank. Reasoning is, her versatility, ease of use, extremely forgiving positioning even with tile restrictions; her S3 global (50s duration at that) quite breaks the game in survival aspect (also instantly gives all your ops on field 30% max hp) no other medics can in a brain dead way, and can even allow very offensive helidrop positioning for your other ops. 2nd, Regarding Chalter, she may be S+ instead of OP, as meta has shifted quite alot, and her role is much more replaceable than before. While she still does still have insane dps / slow utility and ammo system, her short range restriction, restrictive ranged tile placement, and high dp cost may make her not as versatile and optimal choice in the roster. She does not have the Extreme Versatility/Utility/DPS as Mlynar and Texas, nor does she have extreme survivability gimmick like Surtr does. Her damage can also be "replaceable" under right circumstances by other S+ units.
@Cesith I haven't played on CN, and am interested in CN tierlist as well for the upcoming banners. Do you know any good source? Or can you make one for CN as well? I am sure many players are interested as the upcoming banners have many good ops coming and may require sacrifices/prioritizations

Ling at S is kinda ridiculous. Yes, she is more difficult to play than other strong Operators but she is still THE best unit simply because of the fact that she can solo over 75% of the entire game (excluding special game modes like SSS, IS and CC) and most of the stages she can't solo are beatable with just one additional operator.
I actually disagree with more ratings of this list but this one was the weirdest for me
For general content this tier list is accurate, atleast for me I agreed for most of them. But for new Player, don't build your operator based on tier list because in the end less stronger operator that easier to use is more valuable than the op one. For example Typhoon is so strong with her skill 2 that you can make her a land holder, for me she's easier to use than another strong sniper like Chen alter and Pozy. In the end, if you have stable ops, build whatever you want and pull also whatever you want, no need to rush and hate one operator because less useful they are based on some tier list.
i actually think that typhon is stronger than chalter, i picked her all the time in IS and she and degenbrecher trivialize most stages

Surprised Gravel didn’t get S but then her role is kind of odd. For new players especially, a dirt cheap frd to buy time is priceless.
maxed marksman Jessica C+ come on man, I have her e2 lvl69 m6 lvl3 module she is one of the best option in IS#4 for her archetype at least in the early game, she's the strongest 4 star marksman after module, probably not a waifu material, I don't care about a 2d character design but she's really good, one of the cheap operators that can change the game in IS.
I just pulled Lin in the Degenbrecher banner and now I find out she's actually one of the best casters in the game? Cool.
She's tricky to use and needs a lot of investment (her module is a must) but she's really good once you get her there. ^_^
I don't feel like Leto is B-... Her skills are very questionable.
Questionable? The active part of her S2 is +115% atk, 21 aspd, +1 target and no reduction for ranged attacks for 25 seconds on 28 sp cost - seems really great to me
The other part - maybe. I think she should have buffed sp recovery rather than aspd with her talent, to make it more synergistic with her skill. But generally Istina and Zima aren't used much, Gummy skill is auto, and the only op she can mess up with is Rosa, who still gains up to 32 aspd buff (with mod)
She is not bad overall, has nice dps on good cycles, but not great either. Mid you can even say. Pretty much B tier, yeah.

Leto is kinda paradoxical in a sense that two things in her kit interact with other USSG members when one is strictly beneficial while the other can be quite harmful, especially in hard content
But if you don't use other USSG with her, she just becomes physical Arene

@@Kyokka hard to say. Both aren't mandatory, and you already have better units for both damage types. Personally I'd go fot the character i like, although Leto is more expensive to upgrade. Also, Silverash is purely a nuker with S3 and lacks consistency - Leto covers that, meanwhile the only advantage of Arene over Lappy is auto sp and damage to drones (and drones specifically, not all flying targets)
Why Thorns, which is often used in afk strategies (rank S- ) Qiubai which I have never seen in missions (rank S)
I would rank Thorns above Qiubai too. Definitely in a vaccuum. Quibai does have amazing synergy with slow and bind operators though. Given that there is now such a critical mass of great operators to fill that niche (Chalter, Ines, Virtuosa, Passenger, Gnosis, Suzuran, S3 Saria, etc) it's much easier to push her to her limit without feeling like you're just paying an operator tax to make her worth using. So I can understand the logic if you're assuming that's the kind of team she's going in. I run a slow/bind team and Qiubai at her full potential is pretty monstrous.

I disagree with the author about Ho'olheyak. Skills 1 and 2 are not impressive but skill 3 completely changes the gameplay for her. The rating is at least S, even with a slight minus. Previously, I fell for the opinion of bloggers about Ho'olheyak and did not level up it. As it turned out, it was in vain

Some opinions: Ines is easily OP. Quercus(post MOD) is better than Silence Alter. Magallan is obsolete in curent game, probably more irrelevant than Vigil. Gladia is IMO better - have more varied uses - than Weedy. You are underestimating Greyalter(post MOD). I feel that W is actually better than Fiametta, Fia is just non-difficult content AFK op, that needs to be babysitted.

I down graded everything by one rank as you might have noticed.
Mostly for the 6 stars the S ranks are a lot more refined than they used to used to be.
Summoners (beside Ling) were always a bit lower ranked as I actually felt like.
This was to not misguide newer players into investing into summoners without really knowing how to use them.
Obviously if you give a Silvergun (A great player) a Deepcolor, she performs almost better than a Surtr in my squad.
How good a summoners performs is based of the skill of the Doctor rather than the character itself. S ranked Operator now in the Tier list are very close to being broken but since still require some stage knowledge and skill to use I consider it a fair ranking for her.
Also I am not even sure if there are even 10 character occupying OP and S+, so she is still pretty much ranked top 10.
This list is actually so much better than older ones and im so suprised, you stepped up your tierlist by 10 times with this one.
My issues with the list:
Snipers:
Rosa is litterally at same tier as Typhoon if not outright better for most content lmao, her skills are braindead and she doesnt lose 50% of her dps the moment another enemy walks on typhoons range. Thats just objectively a borderline wrong take
Rosmontis should been A at max too, she doesnt offer much
Other than these pretty good list for snipers.
Casters:
Ceobe at max should be S+ minimum, she is the best source of arts dps for high end content in the game.
Ifrit at E1+SL7 is honestly terrible. Should been A at best there. Max tier is good tough
Lin should be S, she with her module is extremely strong and used on many high end clears.
Goldy should be S/S+ at E1+Sl7 too because of how insane her s1 is. E1 goldy has better Dps than non module e2 m3 ceobe s2
Overall pretty good
Guards:
Lessing and Skadi being same tier is a HUGE downplay for Skadi, she has an alternative AH team to work with and her much bigger DPH means she is better off as a boss killer than Lessing is, not even mentioning her module. Lessing should been A/A-
Mountain isnt S+ on Max anymore, his damage is way too low for current laneholding wich is dominated by Executor2
And as result Executor2 should been S+ at minimum. He is litterally broken espiecelly with his module
Defenders:
Both Nian and Hoshi should been A+ at max as their niches just isnt relevant on current burst damage meta of the game. Maybe Hoshi can stay on S- tough
I would personally put Mudrock at S+ she is so much hetter for laneholding and bursting now.
Eunectes being A+ might be overrating her.
Saria is hardly S+ anymore. S fits her better espiecelly with upcoming Shu dominating her entire niche wich is just S3 at this point.
Vanguards:
Honestly Elysium should be S+ too, his Def ignore and same DP skill as Saileach S1 means he is just as usable as her.
Mumu should been S at minimum, her kit allows immense utility alongside generating DP wich makes her a viable option compared to Flagpipe/Ines meta.
Ines is easily OP on both E1+SL7 and Max. She is borderline broken and i would go far as saying she is more game breaking than DPS releases like Mlynar or Degen.
Medics:
I would put NG at S+ as she is litterally undisputed at arts damage reduction
(Im so glad you didnt put Eyja alter at S+, that was actually refreshing to see)
(Also Reedic being S+, she is so underrated for how broken she is, she deserves S+)
Supporters:
Angie is A+ at max tbh, she litterally offers nothing other than slowing wich other decel binders can also do.
I personally would put Skalter at S+ but S fits too
Gnosis should been S at minimum and maybe even S+, his Utility and CC is close to being the best in the game. And shamre should been S- at minimum.
HOW IS SILENCE ALTER BETTER THAN QUERCUS?? Silence alter s3 sucks and her s1 is weak so only good skill on her is s2 wich has horrible downtime/uptime ratio, Quercus is easily the best healer candidate in the entire game so she should been A+ while Silence being A-
Ling is S+ at minimum, not used much on CC and hih end IS content but absolutely dominates general content so such extent that she is arguable to be one of the best.
Specialists:
Spuria is easily Z- even worse than Tsukinogi
How in the world is Yato alter S+ while Texas alter is OP? both should been OP at BARE minimum, they are the best operators in the game undisputed.
Gladiia is a S candidate tbh espiecelly as a laneholder
Spalter is absolutely goated and is S+ at minimum, she breaks so many mechanics just by existing all while providing massive damage and CC
Overall i give it 8/10 much better than older tierlists, i think the only massive fatal flaw of this tierlist is Rosas placement. Typhoon is overrated to oblivion and Rosa beats her on litterally most content in the game.

Her module is the most insane DPS increase in the game and makes her much consistent and stronger than Typhoon. It costs alot to max it out tough

@@Cesith I was writing a reply before i accidentally tabbed out explaining rosa vs thyphoon debate but ill write it again later. The core problem with typhoon is thay her damage absolutely plummets the moment even a single enemy walks into her range while Rosa retains her 110k+ total damage. This makes thyphoon EXTREMELY inconsistent on s3 and very weak on s2 because of multiple enemies effectively reducing her damage by almost 70% on s3 and 50% on s2 wich Rosa ignores completely. This also means that Typhoon is extremely weak against waves of enemies because of her damage being reduced while Rosa isnt so its best to use Typhoon as a sole boss killer instead wich limits her useability alot
Also that CN tierlist is very weird. It doesnt seem to have clear idea of what its tiering and what its doing at all.

Yeah the 2nd Tier list there had some very interesting takes but I was mostly looking at the first 1 which I think did mostly a really good job.
Since you are a very critical person I would love to hear your Opinion on the first one as well.
As for the Debate...
Until the next version comes out I'll be asking around what others think of the Debate and what they think would be most fitting. I'll definitely spend some time improving their rankings.
