GP IIb/IIIa inhibitors don't seem to work in SVGs and are actually associated with higher complication rate - they have a class III recommendation in the PCI guidelines (i.e. do not use).
Nobody in the UK uses distal embolic protection devices any more.

Vasodilators should be used in most SVG PCI, unless blood pressure is low. I personally use nicardipine 100-200 mcg intragraft bolus.
