I opted not to get them when I ordered the Anniversary Edition reprint since I’m fine with using regular dice (and they were a bit pricey). But they do look really cool! Reminds me of the animations from the old A&A video game.
I first I thought dice color matched country color. With the italians having less chance to hit than the germans. That would have been more historically accurate to have such system. It's my main complain about A&A
@@mikewilcox4346 In my opinion, Anniversary is the best all around game. Europe 1940 and Pacific 1940 are also quite good. I recently played Guadalcanal and really like that, but it plays a bit differently.
Superb! I wasn't sure whether I wanted these or not, but now I know I gotta have 'em 😀
@@LozHumphries Happy to help.
I agree, these hit dice are fantastic. Really like the dice bag that they included as well.
Yeah. It's a great little package.
Thanks for showing these. I heard mention of them on Reddit, went looking a RUclips video to see what there about and found you!

What a great idea!

As I mention, you don't need them. But they are really cool and look really great on the board. Thanks!
Just received this today! Love them already! The numbers on the dice will help those with color blindness.👍
@@robertmoffitt1336 Thanks great. I hadn’t thought of that.
I bought two boxes of the Hit Dice and the IPC Chips
Fantastic!
Cody I love you.
@@HistoryTeacherSteve And I love all of you, too.

Understood. But it's a game, not a simulation. Thanks.
Made my own but these are nice. Critical enhancement.
@@wartable Indeed. Thanks!
Do you plan on making a review of the new Renegade IPC chips? I am eyeing those, but am reluctant to make such a purchase on speculation a/t/m.
@@tmorganriley Stay Tuned!
I have 80 of these but they don’t have the numbers on them only the targets.
I going to buy these now after watching this video. You just cost me $35!
@@CBs_Bill_from_Montana Sorry. It’s what I do.
@@TheDiscriminatingGamer lol. You’re awesome.
@@CBs_Bill_from_Montana Thanks!
What one version of A & A would you recommend if one wanted to try this game system? Never played the game, although I have played a lot of wargames.

Are the Hit dice compatible with the G.I. Joe version of A&A?
@@DarthSpidey I believe so.
This dice is compatible all version of axis and allies ? Even with 1914 and zombie edition ?
@@gergofordospecs7475 Not with 1914 or Zombie. Not sure if it would work with Guadalcanal, but should work with all others.
Not compatible with any that don't use D6 (North Africa, Battle of the Bulge), either.
