Amazing neck warmer and easy to follow!
I suppose the last stitch on every row, is also an edge stitch by purling it .
My question is , if you count in inches or cm for the lengths.

I would love to make this but I don't see a yarn weight (#3, #4, #5 etc) and can't tell by the hook size because it looks as if you are holding multiple strands together?
