Wow, what a great survival meal for a hurricane season! People living in tents and campers could make this! I love it! And as always, it's looking delicious!
Reminds me of our beer, brats, potatoes, cabbage, and corn on the cob boil over the fire pit all day. Oh my...I'm going to have to get a camp oven and try that becuz we used to do a whole lg beer keg of it for parties.
I am new cooking with Dutch oven but, this recipe (and i have seen lots) results me pretty Interesting and i almost swear that i am gonna try this soon or later.
Saw punkin Head while you were cutting veggies, in wife’s sweater, & at the end of the video. Oh my goodness you have a beautiful camping area and one Awesome dinner. Keeping it simple! Sausage and cabbage w/onions is some good eating and I will surely add some apples next time I fix this😉👍🇺🇸
I have been watching you for a while keep up the good work just wondering where you got your cast iron from my name is Junior I live in Blount county Alabama love you're show
I’m am looking forward to trying this! My wife and I camp often but only recently starting using a Dutch oven and have been watching your videos a lot! Keep it up!
Doin' this today in our backyard. One great thing about social distancing during the CoViD-19 crisis is the opportunity to learn to use our cast iron cookware and try these recipes. Thanks you guys! Oh and, love the clips of the lake!
Nice tie in with Mr. Pumpkin head at the end, very unique. Another great video! I saw him 3 times.... The scenery time lapse shots are a nice touch. I'm going to look for the opportunity to use that production technique as well. I love learning from your techniques too, what an awesome hobby.
@@TeachaMantoFish The time lapse video is something you have to commit to. Motion in the shot is important. Some turn out great like the ones in this video, other not so great. I usually use my second camera to shoot them. Glad you enjoyed. Those shots need to be about 15+ min to work in 32X.
How you doing ole boy! Finally got the chance this morning to start my D.O.'s for breakfast and your cabbage and sausage recipe. I must say, "The wife loves it, a lot!" I'm outta the dog house now after I walked away from camp taters and let'em burn... live and learn. Thanks for all your help and hard work. Keep'em coming!
Exit 82 sweet we stop there all the time on our way to Tennesssee fixing to go by there in about a week my good friend has a hunting lease off the same exit 82 in Ashburn GA kill big bucks every year

👍🏼 #67..... Well put together.....I read like cooked apples and cabbage? I'll be giving that a try..... sausage looked good too..... Mr. Punkin head that's a good one.....
Hey brother! I love the video. Great camping at Red Top S. P. (We live about 20 miles South of Atlanta.) So y'all are here for the last of fall colors in November. If the weather turns bad (and it will) try getting a camp site, lodge room or cabin at Unicoi State Park (all dog friendly), in Helen, Ga. Its one of our favorite places to camp. But hopefully you can catch some big Stippers on Lake Allatoona. Welcome to Ga.!
You nailed it with this video - all my favorites in one oven . Alas this time last week we were in WV with peak colors - now here in SE Ohio the “ S “ word is in our forecast ( could be worse , my buddy in North Dakota had 6 degrees & 35 mph winds two days ago ) . Keep us “warm” with more videos this winter . Semper Fi
We are at Red Top right now.. wish I had some of that grub. We have FB for camping/adventure channels that is about 300 channels strong... it’s called camping RUclips community support
Hi Mr. and Mrs B. What really touched my heart about this video was the apparent love and camaraderie that you both share with each other, enjoying the simple pleasures of life and one another. You are a special and lovely couple and I love seeing both of you on the channel. (Mrs B it is always a treat to see you in one of these video's-please come on more often and let your personality shine) The dish looked so hearty and delicious-good comfort food perfect for the fall season. It sounds like you both enjoyed an idyllic weekend at the Red Top Mountain State Park. Carroll's looked so interesting inside-just my kind of quaint specialty store. Better than Cracker Barrel in my local area. Those types of specialty stores are up in Lancaster, PA and also have you been to Stuckey's down south? Great Video and trip. You are the best. By the way, Mr. B I just love the selection of country instrumental music you use to edit your video's-SO COUNTRY and CHEERFUL. Great Choices.
Thanks for the kind words but I get camera shy and it shows so I don't say much on camera. Every now and again you will see me in the background 😉. Mr B is a natural and is so talented...he is still looking for my talent but he keeps me around 😊. Thanks so much for watching!
But, You will be able to chat with me live when this premiers on Sunday. After that, it will be just like any other video. I didn't know that this would go out to the subs today either because this is the first time. I usually have time to fix little stuff like that.
I did not know that it would post to the sub feed as soon as I uploaded it. Ring the "reminder bell" and you will be able to comment live with us on Sunday. First time, so learning how this works.
Why don`t you list your ingredients, and the order you cook them? It is hard to watch the video, and write down what you are using, what you are saying, and the order of use. I either watch the video, then go back and try to get all ingredients, or try and do both at the same time, which ruins the video.

Mr. Punkin head is very sneaky. You might want to check again.
You right, he is sneaky. I saw where I missed him 3 times and then if you count the end, 10 times.
Thank you I always enjoy your channel! I learn much!
Looks great. Area and meal. Have you considered adding brown sugar to the recipe or would that be too sweet?
Love your show!
Wow that food looks amazing.

Cute! Nice to see Ms. backwoods! Wish you well. (Only notice the puppet twice, first with Ms. backwoods then when you held him/her up)
I saw them busting the surface a lot, but no bites. Tried top water, swim baits, jigs....nothin'. Thanks for watching.

The next time you come North hop off Exit 134 in Perry, GA and try Stripling's Sausage. I'm addicted to their Hot Sausage. It's REALLY hot!
Will try their sausage next time I'm up that way. I will stick to the mild flavors. Thanks for watching.
Is it ok to use wood chips on the lid instead of charcoal? And is there any kind of wood that grows in the US that would be toxic to use to cook with?
Hemlock is toxic I here.
Gostei muito
I can see how the cabbage goes well with that sausage, but I am having a tough time about those apples inside there too.
It was really good. Give it a try and thanks for watching.
i live about 20mins from red top. Going to be a little cool when your up.
Weather was perfect for camping. Beautiful area.
Mr.Pumpkin head hahaha I saw him.
Fantastic looking dish, did the apple cider vinegar remove any of your seasoning
I had no problems since this Dutch Oven is used very regularly and has a good seasoning. Thanks for watching.
