Since your shirt matches the poster in the back, it makes a cool filming moment when you move to reveal the same image. maybe im a silly but it tickled my sleepy brain
I've felt she's most effective as Cadavar with Raucus Revelry. Then She's a self healing, debuff tank that assists with group stress and she can taunt every action with an AOE.
Can someone share with me a team (up to date with the patches) that beat bastards beacon act 2? Im stuck on the boss so many times it's becoming a joke..
This is from a grand slam of the Bloodmoon torch (modded Stygian + Beacon). Act 2 was the third in the slam so the heroes had memories and some locked quirks. Squad: pos 4 to 1: Warlock, Alchemist, Wanderer Crusader, Wanderer MaA vs Sigh: - Goal is to NOT attack the torso until the back lung's HP has been depleted completely. This means that PD should never attack the torso with DoT until the back lung is gone. The reason is to prevent Deep Breath. - Ideally, MaA should have 2 taunt tokens every round, in order to absorb both attacks by the Sigh. So he will rely on Retribution and Stand Fast (Wanderer MaA is the only path with taunt on Stand Fast). Also give him the Bugle trinket if you get it. - Warlock is responsible for clearing the back lung with Burning Stars. Always prioritize the back lung e.g if Warlock has burning stars and both lungs are clear (no fear of Sundering), attack the back lung. This would require that Warlock use Chaotic Offering as often as possible. Try to avoid using Abyssal because it also hits the torso. - PD should change class to Surgeon before the mountain (at last inn). PD's responsible for the front lung (using Incision) and healing until the back lung is gone. Then she can hit the torso with Incision. If PD is free (no healing to do) and she goes before Crusader, hit the front lung. - Crusader is responsible for the front lung, stress heals for MaA, block tokens for MaA (if he uses retribution) Preparation: - Do your best to ensure MaA and Crusader begin the battle against Sigh with burn resistance of 130 or more. Gather burn resistance poultices, burn resistant trinkets, the Safety of Slumber trophy from the General e.t.c from the first inn through all the regions. - Try to get everyone else's burn resistance to 110 or higher (Safety of Slumber is excellent for that); Sigh on Beacon has a chance to burn if a hero hits it. - Do your best to ensure MaA and Crusader begin the battle against Sigh with move resistance of 110 or more. Gather drums, move resistance trinkets e.t.c from the first inn through all the regions. - Ensure both the Warlock and PD have a speed >= 8 before the fight (Warlock should be faster). This allows them to go before the tanks and possibly, the Sigh's attacks. - Pile all the damage boost items on Warlock. If you run into a Collector, pray it gives you Dismas Head because that would improve the odds significantly. Give Dismas Head to Warlock - Do your best to clear all lairs for the resources. If not all, the first lair for the starting boost. If not first, two lairs. Always take the Sluice. - Pile on as much stress resistance on MaA as possible. Mastery (in order of highest priority from right to left) - MaA: Retribution > Bolster > Stand Fast > Defender > Crush - Cru: Bulwark > Tenacity > Smite > Battle Heal > Rallying Cry > Inspiring Cry - PD (Alchemist): Indiscriminate Science > Plague Grenade > Noxious > Battlefield Medicine > Ounce - PD (Surgeon): Indiscriminate > Incision > Battlefield > Ounce - Warlock: Burning Stars > Abyssal > Chaotic
I think he needs to stop caving to the perceived need to deliver content on extremely risky fights. Viewers will get way more out of a full run even if it means playing it safer on certain choices.
Idk if act 2 is the hardes but i was one of the 2 bosses that killed a team member on bastards beacon. Crit burnt my crusader 2 turns before the boss died on my first attempt
The first 25 seconds of the video sound like the evil corporate CEO having a moment of honesty 😂
The Baertaffy "for content" shambler challenge claims another run.
Still a great run and each loss just makes the next victory all the sweeter.

The Hellion never feels like she does much.

At this point the Shambler should be forbidden for you Baer.
Thanks for another great video! I rediscovered your channel recently so I have a bunch of dd2 playthroughs to catch up on! Love your work, keep it up!
This game looks so different from the first one. Other than the actual fighting I don't recognize anything
another good run fed to the shambler sadge
Always love it when I find a new baer video in my homepage
Storage room key is so bad I’m sorry

Hardest? Maybe.
Most restrictive? Definitely.
Hardest was definetly Chapter 5 and the Body of Work. Chapter 2 is right behind with the restrictions.
Man you are one tough baer for standing tall in all of this!
I probably would have dumped half of my candles at the start of runs by now.
Jan. 27, looking forward to DLC content stream.
Speed run!
Other than the continued reliance on Toe to Toe, I really liked this setup and team. Which, of course, explains the outcome!
31:02 and 31:39
Would love to get a character named After me on your next run. Never get q chance to see it live
O! Yeee3ssss
