Looks like it has plenty of power. I have a gas 212cc version, the 721. It’s amazing what you can do with that rubber paddle design. It really moves a lot of snow for its size, and it clears slushy snow way better than my bigger two stage snowblower.
Is this latest version worth the money? It's quite a bit more expensive than other single stage battery ones. But, I'm looking to switch from gas to single stage battery. I need a machine that is easy to push and does the job weather light or heavy snow. There are not a lot of reviews on this model.
Can you comment on how well it did after the snow plough came through? I've seen the Toro single-stage steel auger and I'm making a comparison before purchasing. Thanks for the review.
This unit is $550 more that the original E21. Do you think the extra money is worth it? I know you're getting an extra 2.5 amp battery, so that's probably $100. But what about the other $450.
So I have their lawn mower which uses a 6 amp hour battery. Would that be enough to do your driveway and walk? Yours looks similar to ours and I am trying to assess if I can get the bare tool or would need more batteries.
@@Tundra_Guy got tired of all the bs I have to do to baby that carburetor so I got the Toro 60v (Older non propelled 1 battery version) 2 seasons and No battery issues whatsoever. It’s almost as powerful as the gas version while this newer version seems just as powerful as the gas. You’d be surprised!
@@LL-mt2nz I drain gas (non ethanol) then run it dry, then drain carb. Check/clean or replace spark plug, check/top up or change oil. I do non of that with the batteries. I guess I’m older and value my time more these days. I get it though, if u love gas and don’t mind the maintenance then keep it🍻
Normally Toro's customer service is that they don't help. They will tell you to bring it to a dealer. Battery isn't there yet for me. Gas is king. Too bad their 721 and 821 engines exhaust point right at the auger cable to melt it.
Hey there Jimmy. Can’t wait for lawn care season and your videos. Glory to Him.
It's illegal for a manufacturer to deny a warranty just because you didn't register it. All you need is proof of purchase.
I came here just to say this same thing 👍🏻
They want you to register the product so they can get more of your personal information.

Yes I would think so
Looks like that unit handled the snow well!
It was really impressive
I’ve got the batteries so I’m gonna try it
Great review!
It's not self-propelled its power propelled it says so right on the front
I have the gas 721 qxe, the ligts would be nice
I think I will be sticking to my toro single stage gas instead
My experience with toro batteries is that they are no good. Some residential is okay.
You don't get beeps with gas.
True, but gas engines have their potential issues, too.
@@JimmyLewisMows Cost to own is a lot less. You'll be buying batteries every few years with that thing.

Nothing trumps gas powered equipment. Sounds like junk to me.
