*_DO NOT RELOCATE HIM!!_* I can't stress this enough! Relocation from his territory could *_Kill Him!_* Turtles do something called mapping, they mentally map out their territory from a very young age, and as they get older it gets harder for them to make new maps! Placing them in a completely new territory is the human equivalent of placing a man in a random unfamiliar forrest with no survival gear. The turtle will be in an unfamiliar territory, wont know the feeding grounds, wont know the danger points with predators, nor will it have its colony of other turtles. Yes, species of turtles can live in colonies! Unless he is injured and needs veterinary care, *_PLEASE DON'T MOVE HIM!_*

You should never intentionally catch a turtle in less it's to save it or to relocate it and do not play with a snapping turtle
first
Relocate it
