This is the week that meditation returns to Wisdom Centre after several months being apart physically whilst meditating together spiritually from our own homes. This week Hazel reflects on her return to our usual meeting space and the sense of connection to others and being part of something bigger. Hazel feels that spiritually, there was a sense of depth, holding, interconnectedness and wordlessness - a ‘coming home’ of a deeper sort. Perhaps after such a long break, meeting again is in some way, a ‘coming home’. The meditation is also offered online for those who are unable to come or who prefer to access it that way. In these reflections, I simply offer a few writings by others on aspects of ‘coming home’, and each of these will be followed by a short time of silence.
You don't need to be an expert meditator to follow this video. If you would like to meditate with us in person on a Wednesday evening please get in touch.

Great these Meditations. I would like to know if there is any Welcoming Prayer also. I sincerely appreciate your efforts to help others to pray. God Bless you all who made this possible. Amen
