I’m having an issue on my phone when I try and play it just stays on the donout loading screen and won’t do anything do you know how to fix this?

There's a bunch of things you can do. If you've updated the game fully and there's no current updates, simple things like logging in and out (make sure you have backed up your town), restarting your device and opening it up on another device can kick it out of it and then you are able to jump back in on your current device. Give it all a try!
