If I kept in the snow removal business I would have looked into a tractor and blower, already have the tractors(farm) just would need a blower. They work slick. You got your business dialed in right!
@@Stefano_Narducci too much cut throat business in my neck of the woods, I had a nice route with a pickup for 8 years. Closed down my business this year and took a job with my local town. I was wore down and mentally exhausted. I was a one man show. And to be honest I don’t miss the job, I enjoy watching the snow fall and not having to worry about the headaches, I do a few country drives and then I’m home on the snowmobile, lol
And here we are a little more than a week later only to have a melt-down. But this weather could lead to a delay in Lake Superior freezing over which means lake affect snow will continue into February.
I'm in Fredericton New Brunswick, we've only ran 3 times this season, total accumulation around 7 to 8". 2022 made it 4 straight years in my city with total snowfall accumulation of less than 100cm for the whole calendar year.
@@Stefano_Narducci A normal winter just over 200cm, Saint John about the same. Now the Moncton NB area can get really hard winters, most large residential snow companies there use push blowers, very very few inverted's. Prince Edward Island can be really bad, ruclips.net/video/VdNT6l7Fen8/видео.html
Ive wanted to do this business model since 2005 or so but the more we tried (for 3 or 4 seasons) the less traction it gained and back then we were only around 300-400.00 for seasonal accounts in a city that averages 120" a season. Now that Im getting older and want out of the commercial snow removal rat race I might look into it again and we're needing to replace a couple trucks and can't seem to find a decent used truck for under 30k it might be time to look into a tractor or two.
Odd that bigger tractor got high centered on the street. Did the operator forget they had differential lock and 4 wheel drive in to get themselves unstuck?
Good job always enjoying to watch your snow removal videos you guys are amazing to watch. Maybe just be careful on posting scene where you are seen driving and filming . Pretty nasty finds for it. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much brother, worked hard to get it to this point. Why don’t you buy a a couple blowers and start providing service?

First off, I love your operation. But how do you deal with the shoveling of your properties?
We only shovel 100 properties and next year we will be getting rid of it all together.
@@Stefano_Narducci Ah, i see. Lol, i thought you were shoveling all 1850 sites. Keep up the great videos.
Badass bro!
Would love to see a vid about the business operations
Explain more?

Get into the business model, you will not regret it!

That was my partner in the machine, he had both 4 wheel drive and dif lock engaged in a low gear and he couldn’t move.
That was a wild event. How much total dropped in the soo?? Love this channel 💪🔥
Thank you so much! That was Christmas Eve and by the end of the day we had about 2 feet of snow fall.
