    I would swap the Nutella for 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter though, and maybe add a cup of oats or granola with an avocado to get the calories in

      Primed has a great rebounder that got me thru hs

      A wall. Rebounders return the ball way too slow.

      For lax, alternate between low weight high reps and high weight low reps, good diet, explosive workouts, footwork workouts. Get an exercise ladder us my recommendation. Practice sprints so like I'd do a 30-45yd square, start at a corner. Sprint to one corner, jog diagonal to the opposite corner, sprint to the next top corner, jog back diagonal to the starting position. Sprints focus on form and big steps. That's what works for me

    If you’re skinny and need to add muscle here’s your shake recipe:
    -Greek yogurt
    -egg whites
    -oats
    -banana
    -peanut butter
    -protein powder (optional). Do not use vegan protein, it’s not a compete protein and does not contain all essential amino acids.
    -also your body can absorb well over 20g of protein per sitting, especially when you build up your ‘tolerance’

    Incredibly disappointing that Rabil would share false “pro bodybuilding” advice from the 90s that has no factual evidence behind it there is no such thing as your body only being able to process 20g of protein at a time the metabolic and anabolic window for protein digestion does not limit any amount of protein for a certain window of time, you figure someone with so much time and money could do proper research, I’m a fan rabil but you shouldn’t give your fans ridiculously dated bro science, cmon man
