For lax, alternate between low weight high reps and high weight low reps, good diet, explosive workouts, footwork workouts. Get an exercise ladder us my recommendation. Practice sprints so like I'd do a 30-45yd square, start at a corner. Sprint to one corner, jog diagonal to the opposite corner, sprint to the next top corner, jog back diagonal to the starting position. Sprints focus on form and big steps. That's what works for me
