I'm about to order a replacement clutch kit and trying to find the right one. We run fast on 32s 2018 rzr xp turbo(stock otherwise) and we've had endless belt problems. I'm smooth on the pedal and just keeping pace with friends in the dunes or alone in the trails, we're still running hot and eventually slipping the belt. Checked out the clutch recently and we've got some wear going on the buttons and a little bit of rust on the helix. We had put in a clutch kit early this year. I put in a razorback belt sensor and I'm regularly running up to 240.
Some secondary clutches will be quite difficult to remove and will require some force to remove. Especially if you have ever blown a belt. Belt dust from normal wear and tear can get in every nook and cranny and seize the clutch onto the output shaft.
You may need to have it checked by a dealership. They can get pretty seized on there, but not so much you can't get it removed with an air or electric impact.

Why did you add the washer in the primary just after bearing
The washer keeps the clutches aligned properly. Without it, the belt will make contact, causing it to spin constantly.
Great channel

Factory service manual on the turbo s says 70 ft lb on the secondary. I tried that and broke the bolt. Where did you get 40?
Where did you get 70 lol you sure you was not looking at primary torque spec
No way my primary clutch is coming off I’ve tried electric and air impacts won’t budge.
