What is the process to make the tunnel in Hydro Electric Project.
1. Rock analysis (Type of Rock) by Geology team
2. Layout Drawing Preparation
3. Marking of proper coordinate, identified the centre line by Surveyor
4. Area development for start of work for Adit Portal then after HRT Junction
5. Drill pattern Marking, drilling as per rock quality & Dia of Tunnel.
6. Fixing of detonator, explosive & Blasting
7. Removal of Muck by Loader & dumper after 45 Minute of blasting
8. Fixing of Rib Crown / Lattice Girder, Rock bolt Anchoring, Shortcreting, etc
9. Dewatering of excess water in tunnel
10. Proper ventilation inside tunnel
11. Benching excavation
12. Final concreting with the help of Gantry
