While i was listening to this, i first did. my homework, and the audio helped me think! When I got bored I would look at the cats to see what their up to. Once i was done with that, i decided to start studying/journaling. Journaling will help you express what you feel, and it made me feel more comfortable with myself, since recently I’ve been having a rough time with my friends and I started to think they both hate eachother and I shouldn’t spend time with them for a while, cause recently i wasn’t able to really “control” myself, so journaling is good for your mental health and if you haven’t tried or ‘participated’ in it i really think you should! I would love to hang out with both of my friends but I just need some time away to think of a solution. Thank u for reading this, i kind of journaled here too, so you can kinda see what my journaling was about.
