My grandmother and I sang this everyday, when I was little... then she taught me the Bible, everyday until she went to Jesus when I was entering 3rd grade. She taught me more in my years from 2 through 8 yrs. old, than most get in a lifetime. And when she left, the Holy Spirit continued teaching me, and still does.
The song is spiritually soothing. Like when you are alone. You listen to the song and you feel some peace inside your heart. Gospel songs give peace and make one feel you are not alone in this miserable world. 🙏🙏🙏
