For those complaining of the camera work please use some common sense, the jawline and neck are very sensitive parts of the face and the pimples are still infected and very painful. Thuy is doing her best to clear these out but being gentle not to hurt GY too much, however, it still hurts a lot and it is Gy who is moving! The camera person is the same one as always, it’s her husband who is good at what he does but he’s not a miracle worker, he can’t keep up with Gy when he winces in pain and pulls his head away. Please remember there is a very young boy attached to this badly infected face and he feels pain, a lot of pain just as everyone would. Please be respectful and think before making nasty comments.
My only complaint is the unsteady camerawork triggers my motion sickness. Other than that, another successful round Thuy! You’re help in this patient’s life is greatly appreciated I’m sure 😊

Not being able to hide that he’s in pain? How odd. Hung had extensive acne, but 85- 90% of it was *not* inflamed or infected. BIG diff. Whether he’s 12 or 20 (a previous video description said he was 14) should make no difference. Having raw, inflamed, infected acne all over your body is painful before anyone else has even touched it. Having those inflamed pustule lanced and squeezed is INCREDIBLY PAINFUL. I think he’s there-with that cadre of women-to get his severe acne cleared up so he can go home. If you think he (or any of any her clients) are subjecting themselves to this for the Pimple Popping Hall of Fame… you’re cracked.

All you complainers just jump to GY P25 and get it over with. This is the last face video visit GY did before him and his mom had to fly back to Taiwan. That is a total of 6 weeks from GY P1 To GY P26/a chest or back video.
Good idea, there have been many comments expressing support and caring. I think I read that she and husband (on camera) know English. Like many Vietnamese. And there's alway translation apps, and some evidence that she reads these comments. So I'm guessing Gy is aware!
I don't know about all of you, but this was a really tense one for me,! I like those huge pops, but I was holding my breath to see if Gy could hang on through it. The pain is excruciating, but the only way to heal is to get ALL of the infection out. The plug must come out. I know it hurts but leaving in any of the infection will make it fill over and over again. Very strong young man.

For the ones who keep asking about why Thuy doesn't apply a topical anesthetic cream... You should not put topical creams on open wounds or inflammed skin. It will cause burning, irritation, a likely skin dermatitis and, God forbid, a secondary infection.

She would have to be a licensed physician or comparable healthcare professional (like a PA or ARNP) that’s authorized to prescribe and “administer” medications or numbing injections. Essentially anything below the epidermis (top layer of skin) would be off limits.
There have been times where I have felt some envy about getting to go to work on a daily basis and popping pimples. Not this time. I know that the end result will have been worth it (or at least I hope it is) but I can’t imagine having to put someone through the pain that Gy is experiencing. It is heart wrenching listening to his agonizing gasps of pain.

I saw that and see that a lot in these videos. I wonder if the hair follicle is the issue or the inflammation not allowing the hair to grow to the surface. Chicken egg theory? I also wonder if shaving more often might help w exfoliation and allow the skin cells to turn over?

I think the patient keeps moving because the area she is working on is so tender, and the camera being zoomed in exacerbates the effect.
I take it down to .75 as soon as it starts. Some parts I go all the way to .25. Makes a huge difference.

All you complainers just jump to GY P25 and get it over with. This is the last face video visit GY did before him and his mom had to fly back to Taiwan. That is a total of 6 weeks from GY P1 To GY P26/a chest or back video.
Any possibility of a GY follow up visit in June? Seeing this young man’s progress and healing is very uplifting!

Good idea, there have been many comments expressing support and caring. I think I read that she and husband (on camera) know English. Like many Vietnamese. And there's alway translation apps, and some evidence that she reads these comments. So I'm guessing Gy is aware!

Мне кажется что после такого кошмара уже можно привыкнуть. Было все лицо как сплошная рана. А сейчас чистые участки появились.
Прыщи (акне) от сладкого (горького, соленого, кислого, жирного и т.д.) не появляются. Питание вообще не имеет никакого отношения к данному заболеванию.

My heart goes out to this young man. The pain is is going through to improve his skin is extremely painful. I see his skin is improving so happy for him. Great job by this clinic. I can see the lady is trying to be gentle with him.
The pain is excruciating, but the only way to heal is to get ALL of the infection out. The plug must come out. I know it hurts but leaving in any of the infection will make it fill over and over again. Very strong young man.

You should not put topical creams on open wounds or inflammed skin. It will cause burning, irritation, a likely skin dermatitis and, God forbid, a secondary infection.

@@amandaderoller5563As an esthetician or “spa tech” she’s not allowed to do either of those. Not even a Tylenol. It’s the same as in the US and many other countries. She would have to be a licensed physician or comparable healthcare professional (like a PA or ARNP) that’s authorized to prescribe and “administer” medications or numbing injections.
Essentially anything below the epidermis (top layer of skin) would be off limits.

There have been times where I have felt some envy about getting to go to work on a daily basis and popping pimples. Not this time. I know that the end result will have been worth it (or at least I hope it is) but I can’t imagine having to put someone through the pain that Gy is experiencing. It is heart wrenching listening to his agonizing gasps of pain.

This is one of a series of treatments. No doubt they do that as gently as possible via another process.
This poor kid! These areas are so inflammes and swollen to begin with that is painful enough then to have it poked with a sharp needle and squeezed? I would be crying my eyes out too! His face looks better with every treatment
So happy he is getting this done by Thuy. I wonder if she also recommended laser hair removal. A lot of this inflamed ones had coils of hair in them.
I saw that and see that a lot in these videos. I wonder if the hair follicle is the issue or the inflammation not allowing the hair to grow to the surface. Chicken egg theory? I also wonder if shaving more often might help w exfoliation and allow the skin cells to turn over?

I wished she removed them. It can slow progress down, even though shes good. They are mixed with puss do the infection stays. They also reseal and develope another plug. They are already hanging so grab it!
