The GATE-1 and GATE-2 both is too much impressive project if I see every corner in terms of location, greenery, connectivity, amenities. Much much impressive project by Devashish group. Starting from attending inquiry to possesion they are too kind and helpful. The most interesting things which I like most in all these dealing is whatever commitments they did while dealing and shown in videos, brochure and sample house, after possesion we got all the things same like quality of building, material used in construction, amenities, services, plumbing works. This the reflection of Builders Genunity, ethics and dedication towards commitments. Even after booking flat whenever I called for any queries they will attend you like family member. All of his team members maintaining relationships like relatives, they are too dedicated for their works. I really appreciate inquiry attending staff, account team and builder Yakinbhai and Jigarbhai. The main reason for this repeat booking is headche and stress free payment plan. This will surprise me and my relatives aa compare to all other skim. We almost visited all of the good project in nikol and Naroda, Gandhinagar but my faith everytime incline with Devashish group only. Too much happy with Devashish family.. Thank you team.
