He knew that the Nightsisters were able to use the darkside in ways the Sith couldn’t while also not being corrupted or controlled by the darkside. The special connection between the Nightsisters and the darkside gets mentioned briefly in the Dark Disciple novel. It’s also the same reason Palpatine was worried about Dooku training Asajj to overthrow him, because he knew the possibility was real.
I can agree with your prospective that Morgan's story probably isn't the most compelling if you don't have a lot of context from other things, her story is definitely something that needed longer and more episodes, these 3 short episodes weren't enough to do her justice because they kinda leaped around in time to points in her life and of course you wouldn't be able to recognize things and cameos yet apart from things from that 1 mando episode. But I think that'll make things interesting going forward 😂 still definitely enjoyable episodes it'll make more sense in time so I can't wait to see you continue your star wars journey now! More positive note holy crap the way they can animate fight scenes in this was crazy, Morgan's fighting with her Spear was pretty badass and Fourth Sister fighting with her double spinning Lightsaber was crazy cool!
I'd place the third Barriss episode between Jedi: Fallen Order and Rebels. I base this on the Empire's campaign to take force-sensitive children. I believe the implication from Barriss' age lines are from her using her own lifeforce to heal others. Barriss might believe that this is her way to atone for her dark path.
I mean I asked everyone like a million times over the past month if it was fine and everyone said it probably was. Either way this doesn't ruin Thrawn or anything lmao I barely saw him and I already know hes coming anyways
I'd argue this is a pretty good introduction to his Character as well, has a chilling entrance, he states his name and lays out all his thoughts which gives you the right impression of him. it doesn't really give anything else away that'll ruin Rebels or take anything away from it, especially since He was already aware of his existence beforehand

None of the government rankings are accurate to real life or consistent within the universe, the designs for each rank also change designs from project to project and it’s just always been that way. Great reaction! We all have a stronger connection and interess for the Barris part, but I enjoyed both very much. With the ending of The Bad Batch and these 2, I am amazed at how much focus they have put in the deepest feelings and motivations of the characters and the lessons we all, characters and viewers alike, are presented with. I'm happy. No Star Wars fatigue for this Padawan, lol.
32:27 considering she was about maybe 20 at the end of the clone wars since she appeared a couple years older than Ahsoka who was 17 or 18 at the end she's probably 40+ here since she has wrinkles so it's been 20-30 years.
30:48 the episode referred to that Jedi as they and them so either they're nonbinary or we just don't know their gender since we don't know the character.
I loved both stories. For us, the first is a Morgan Elsbeth origin story. The amazing Bariss story, on the other hand, we are all experiencing that together
