It is amazing the finds you come home with. And, you are so supportive of each other. Just a lovely couple. The leather west and the western shirt was great on David. And, the blue double breasted blazer was amazing on Heather - it gave her such a fantastic silhouett👌
Love the green suit on you 🙂 Everything else was pretty amazing as well. I don't wear as much velvet as I used to but I definitely had my velvet phase! Velvet coat, dresses, shirts, hats, you name it, I wore it lol. I find when I'm thrifting my eyes are still very attracted to velvet 😄

Finally, someone told me that because the clothes were a size small, it was not going to fit most people. I never even thought of that when selling. My stuff was so nice and unique. I am also taller than most. This is why you are finding stuff not everyone can fit in. So, it stays around. Heather, I love the grey striped dress it reminds me of the vintage late 1880s bathing suits so rare to find.

I like the idea of making the RL jacket into a vest and wearing over long sleeve sweaters or other jackets. That leather vest was really interesting. Looked like it belonged to a biker for sure. Especially the thicker leather--better protection from road rash. Liked the bolo tie (or string tie) too. But I would probably die the "string" another color. Though I need to stop spending money, I found a great new thrift store in town that was having a Senior Sale on clothing. I did find some good stuff. Some nice short jackets from good names for $4 each. A good pair of wide-wale men's cords in dark brown and 2 silk blouses from 80's, which I love, with full-ish sleeves and a silk men's robe for $3. Some really good finds! (Oh, I'm still waiting for you to show how to make tie corsages). Love watching you two!

I’m just now seeing this video. I remember seeing a video of Dave wearing a skirt. It shocked a lot of people but it has a lot of potential. And since y’all guys are pretty edgy on trying things I thought maybe you could think about this. Regarding the Ralph Lauren jacket that he wants to turn into a vest. What if… you added ruffles not a lot of ruffles but just like a ruffle cuff to extend the jacket on your arm and I’m thinking the same color as Heather’s orange sweater… but more like a burnt orange color
It is interesting you said this as there were dozens of comments regarding how to adjust the form, color and overall feel of the Ralph Lauren jacket. The ruffle extension was suggested and is a really good idea. We are starting our renovation addition for video as we finally got the permit...and once this is complete we will look forward to more collaborative upcycling projects❤️❤️❤️

These are Doc Martin Jadon Max boots. Dave got them for me from the site for my birthday. I have worn them so many times...very comfortable and go with so many outfits💕💕💕
Hello guys. That Ralp.L. jacket instead of removing the sleeves take them in or make them more narrow by 3/4 of an inch or 1 in. If you still dont like you can always take them off.

Don’t cut off the sleeves of the Ralph Lauren jacket, add a cuff, use an old brown sweater.
