Beautiful golf estate situated in the Heldeberg mountains totally removed from the dichotomy of the many shacks depicted in your last few minutes en-route to Erinvale on the N2. I hope you had the pleasure of viditong many of the "local" golf courses available in Cape Town.
It certainly is I played at Steenburg Pearl valley Erinvale and the 3 courses at Fancourt including the Links thanks to CGE tours Australia and loved every minute of it

Played there in March this year, when I had just started my Pursuit of Scratch (pun intended), so frothing to play it again! I shot a 101 of the white tees... very curious to see how I do next time. Which was your favourite / most memorable hole?
Any respectable course would have insisted you remove those short shorts and finish tge remainder of your round at the driving range and practice areas
