Hello, I study English on Advanced level. The easiest way to learn English is with a book which has got a key and CD or with a good e-learning, like I use.

I don't know your age or where you've from, but for what it's worth, perhaps see if you can find out what books are used in teaching 1st Graders English. Get those books and read them all. It may seem too easy, but that's good! Now progress to 2nd Grade English books, and 3rd grade and so on. At some point the too-easy books will become a bit challenging but that's what you want! Keep going up through High School. I honestly don't know what books are used anymore. Back in the late 1950s when I started, we had the famous "Dick and Jane" books with pictures. I don't know what they use these days.
Also, see if there are any American Soap Operas that perhaps have SUBTITLES in your Native Language. Or - - - -
See if you can watch any Soap Operas or even CHILDREN'S Shows on RUclips that you can SLOW DOWN the Speed on, which should be on ALL RUclips CHANELS. That way when you hear Americans talking too fast (I find that native Spanish speakers talk wayyy too fast for me, so perhaps for foreigners it works in reverse?), but slowing speech down will give your brain 1-2 more seconds to process it.
I think one of the hardest things for ESLers (English as a Second Language speakers) is trying to decode all the crazy American Slang. Because depending on the situation and place, we use a TON Of slang which wouldn't seem to make sense. Also, with SLANG, you have to read it in Context. While there ARE some books on Slang, it's better absorbed by listening and watching people.
      Best of luck!
