Though The Ark's agency Music K has a famous parent company, KeyEast, which is a big name in acting field, they are totally new in music industry. (In case you don't know, Music K has nothing to do with 1TheK who is just the distributor) When the company is not known to the public, they have to promote their artists aggressively to compete with ones from well-known companies but i don't think Music K did their job enough. Sad to say this but the thing is, most people don't even know a group called The Ark even exists. I think it will take time.
