I am a bengali . Iwas traveling from pune to mumbai by a volvo service which was playing this movie . The astonishing music hit me really hard ! What was I listening to ? Simply humongous! Then I found that the movie Sairath had this exceptional duo Ajay Atul who for the first time used the American philharmonic orchestration to power these unparalleled sweet songs . It took a long time for AA to reach this height of excellence but this was historical . I’m an ardent admirer of AA ! Hats off to you . The chord progressions have made the song even sweeter . yes!! thats great observation! in fact if you see the movie , there are thousands of small small things which depicts reality of today! one seen in movie in second half , when hero and heroin on scooter, heroin is driving and at one place ,road side , self claimed modern day cultural saviours harasing other couples, it may be valentine say or normal occasion but nobody in the world to help couples like hero heroin who left behind everything and ontheir own!!

He was a fan of films and always hated how artificially bollywood fipm songs with chorus, heavy choreography, expensive sets all these things he wondered why it can't put in realistic natural way. All this shoot is in his villege and nearby area. Thus he gave tribute to his native n people. He is simply a great man who is magician.

I am from Punjab and know a little bit of Marathi Coz of my little experience of mumbai. First time I listened to this song at 4 am in interior maharashtra small town Sangli as I was scrolling the TV channels . Well it’s been 2 months since I am continuously listening to this song and the YAD LAG song from Sairat movie... must be over 300 times already. Still can’t get enough of this. Then I decided to watch the movie online and boy ... the movie shows how talented the director is to create this masterpiece sadly the tragic end of the story is very disturbing but it is also a reality. Finally .. what can I say about Ajay & Atul !! After this I also listened to Fandy song “ Tujhya pirticha “ and iit s mystic in a way that it tells the whole story in one song with abundance of emotion / lyrics and music. Rustic background but beautifully captured
