Nothing is more irritating than quiet or muffled audio. I mean, they have $150,000 worth of video and audio equipment and a whole production team. I can't just give them a free pass on bad audio haha. There are guys like Greg Carlwood of "The Higher Side Chats," a one man show in an apartment, with crystal pure audio in every single interview.

I think Ariel and also BC brings a lot to the table but its refreshing to have someone that is so into the deep technical aspects.
I like that Luke doesn't laugh at every joke Volk makes (or thinks he's making). Luke doesn't do that fake interviewer laugh that a lot of them do in order to be liked. Luke's genuine.

His point about gyms separating all the different martial arts is so true. Every MMA gym will have a boxing class, a muay thai class, a jiujitsu class, etc... And it makes no sense you're wasting valuable time learning things wrong!

I think we are really seeing more and more how well Volk uses strategy and fight IQ to beat his opponents. Because he is so well rounded and comfortable everywhere, he can afford to take away his opponents best weapons and still fight well in these other territories

Been a fan since UFC 232, when he knocked out Chad Mendez. Watched it with family and friends and was a great fight. Seeing Volk pull through with that KO was an amazing moment and how important it was for him with his reaction afterwards.

Luke Thomas is definitely the best in the business as an mma analyst and interviewer. Goes past the drama and discusses technique and strategy.
