Brooklyn cats were baggy until 2010. LA cats were baggy until 2013 the skaters, jerks, Lil wayne (who was 100% influenced and taught directly by jim jones style) and the main stream influence of dipset (harlem style) finally made everyone give in to where baggy was no longer acceptable by 2014 just about nation wide. Ironically around 2019 baggy is creeping back. by 2025 everyone will be wearing looser fit clothes and no longer form fitting..the cycles continue.
