My comment about Ben McHenry and Voctoria Henk: intuitive perfection. It's nearly impossible to believe that this dance is improv and not coreographed. Intuitive perfection. Yes! Swing is super fun because it is so social and improv based :) The dancing is all lead and follow. Basically the dancers have their own skills and can communicate with each other through tension and push/pull in their connection points (usually through hands but sometimes also through contact with shoulders and such) It takes some experience to understand and be able to follow these kinds of cues, but once you can you can improv dozens and dozens of moves to any song. :) (Hope this is helpful)

This is called West Coast Swing dancing which is like modern day swing dancing (off shoot of Lindy Hop). Like most dance events, everything is shut down right now due to Covid but when things start to return to normal, you'll find events pop up on the world swing dance counsel (WSDC) calendar.
