it seems like she always had a dense speaking voice. I had her interview from 1967. The voice a somewhat "higher", but density was already there.

@Thearchivebeyondimagination thanks for answer, yes, density is a quite good term.....and her career is a proof once again for singers : a real excellent & magical voice and then problems and so the end of the career....a pity, a real pity
