I love your collection & finished pages, thank you for sharing! I also love the Kalour Pencils (I have the 120 set). I hadn’t tried them in RJ Hampson books yet (I have a lot of his books too). I pulled them out and started using them while watching the rest of your video and agree, they work great in those. Thank you so much! ❤

Hi Bianca! New to your channel. Love your completed pages. Love that you experiment with different mediums. I have Kalour pencils but not really used them much. Mostly use prisms. Love series and all completed pages videos. Congrats on your 1st year!
Thank you. Much appreciate you spending time with me at the channel. I have "moods" when it comes to my pencil sets. I also have Prismas, but have not found a page that strikes me enough to use them on. The search will continue. Do stay safe in your corner of the world. See you in the next video.
I love that you use gouache becouse there are so few colorist that use them in coloring books
Thanks. Gel based gouache paints are the best for coloring books, I feel, because they have a slight 'slip' that helps to spread them out on pages that are not meant for watercolors. It's a fun process. Stay safe.
I collect the Mythographic books so I have every single Mythographic book that has been released so far, which is as of 4/7/24. The next release is from my favorite artist Joseph Catimbang and it's called Wild Summer. He has shown a couple of sneak peaks on his social media and I can't wait til it's released! Oh and his social media is pentasticarts, just in case anyone wants to check it out and follow him. But yea, I'm a huge fan of the Mythographic books! Normally I always watch a flip through video before I buy a book, but the Mythographic books are an automatic "buy now" for me! There are a lot of Mythographic books that I can't wait for coming out this year! Thanks for sharing your completed pages!🥰

@@BiancaIris33 Yes I love the Mythographic coloring books! I'm also really looking forward to Rainbow Realms but it won't be released until, I believe, in November. I had a few Kerby books but I was trying to get my 21 year old son into coloring with me so I gave him some of my books, so now I am left with just one Kerby book! I do plan on replacing them though! My only complaint with Kerby is I'm not a fan of the creatures that look evil. It's just not my cup of tea lol but I understand that other people enjoy coloring those pages. There are only certain books that I love every single page, I think that's just the way it goes!

I love the double page spread in Summer Nights. It definitely gives a person happy vibes. All your pictures are so nice. I first got myself a set of Himi Gouache paints and I've been trying it out in different books on the back pages and if I use too much water the colors soak through so I have to either learn water restraint or put a layer of the satin glazing liquid down first. I especially wanted to use them in my Millie Marotta books, but that paper is like blotter paper and so thirsty that the littlest water ruins the page on the other side. I'll get the hang of it yet. In the meantime, I will continue to watch videos of your wonderful pages. Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration.
Thanks Barbara. YES! Water restraint is the key and that takes a little practice, but don't give up on it if you're really liking how it looks. The Himi brand really packs a punch in terms of brightness of colors, and it just saves my hand from pain. I love them, but it did take a little work on my part to get it just right. Satin Glazing is another aid, but sometimes I'm just too impatient to wait for that to dry - LOL. Good luck. Thanks for spending time with me at the channel. Stay safe.
@@BiancaIris33 You have certainly perfected the use of the HIMI gouache paints. I understand what you mean about the "waiting for it to dry" problem. I'm on the impatient side too. With the Millie Marotta books I probably will have to resort to either using colored pencils only or putting down the layer of satin glazing liquid first.

Wow you really did a bunch of nice pages. I Never like the mandalas book either because of the heavy line but after seeing you color it I’m very impressed
