This was a fantastic episode. I knew basically nothing about him besides being the guy that was the perfect voice for Sebastian. He had a full life. Happy he got the opportunities Disney provided him before he past. Much deserved.
Wow talk about paying your dues . How many modern actors can say that they relied on homeless people to pay for their bus fare to get to auditions . I wonder how upset his parents were when he told them that he left college to live on the streets of New York City to live homeless because he wanted to be an actor . Hopefully they got to see him finally make it because I’m sure there were many years they second guessed his choices . I wonder if the homeless guys who paid his bus fare ever heard him in Little Mermaid and screamed I used to sleep next to that guy on the street !! RIP check out the Sebastians Party Gras video on RUclips he could of been a famous lead singer his covers of Aiko Aiko and Octopus Garden sound awesome even though some of the video is pure 1980s hilarity . My sister just told me Lin Manuel from Hamilton was obsessed with Little Mermaid bc of him and even named his daughter Sebastian Rest easy ❤️

I will definitely think about it. Its really cool that he's using a Trinidad accent, such a cool piece of trivia, and it might produce more clicks because people will be like "wait.....Trinidad?" …I'll think about it..... (canonically he is from Jamaica though...even though that's just a throw away line from the tv series.)

it's pronounced "zhah-vaire" not "hah-vee-aire". the name is French, not Spanish.
