Agar aap Sahi mein Windows 8 use krte hai to Main Personally recommend karunga ki Windows 10 update kr liye coz Windows 8 is not a perfect Operating System for Coding Purpose. I Strongly Recommend you to Upgrade to Windows 10 to fix this Problem. You WIll found many tutorials on youtube about "How to Upgrade to Windows 10 for free".

I dont have the E drive so i put it in the D local disk which didnt solve the problem for me sadly. hoping to find the solution soon. Edit: I have solved the issue after trying to solve the damn problem the entire day: my anti-virus software had detected pip as unsafe and so it automatically installed Python with an empty scripts folder. What you want to do is turn that off and reinstall python. (NOT IN C DISK BY PREFERENCE) after you did your things with pip make sure you enable windows security again for your own SAFETY.

This was due to virus scanner and so sutting off and uninstalling all virus scanners worked for me. Damn virus scanner wasted my time.

bro, if u don't have other drive. then create one using disk partition. u can search on youtube about how to do disk partition. it will not work if u install on c drive.

Update : - I encountered the same problem on win 10 and changed install folder and deleted any previous python folders. After reinstall python/ scripts was not empty and pip was working fine. Still dont know the reason though due to which i wasted so much time.
@@shahzmaalif7997 Bro It is not error, It is a bug of python which is faced by a lot of Users. You are Lucky that After ReInstalling this Bug is fixed, but after reinstalling many users still faces the bug.

Bhai Install On D: or E: drive, do not install on Local C: Drive, then you will find easy-install on your scripts folder.

Uninstalled all versions of python removed the residual files downloaded python 3.8.5 Add path Install from all users Local disk E(not the main disk) after installing I opened the folder and then went to scripts it was empty
