We need to expand access to wrestling opportunities. In my travels to programs nationwide I have seem some of the smallest hurdles limit the chance for a child to wrestler. Parents that can't do it alone, schools with no mats, a coach that cares for the kids but doesn't know how to teach them. I need to help with this. Could you please demonstrate wrestling specific exercises on a cable pulley machine with adjustable height? Do you believe that a wrestler can simulate wrestling phases and positions in that machine?
