The case looks german, and the simple movement reminds me of the soviet Vesna movement, but higher quality. You should check some East German clock brands/movements. It was common in the 50s/60s for items that were made in the communist countries to not feature any markings as to be sold in the anti-communist west. I have a soviet Vesna clock that does this, the only way I know it is a Vesna is from ones online that have markings.
