Very cute romper. A couple of sewing hints . If you do your side bodice seams from front to back it will enclose the seam and you won't have raw edges.
Sew the top and bottom together before you sew your crotch seam. It will be easier.

Would this fit a pullip doll?
I don't have a Pullip doll at home right now to try this pattern, but you can fit it easily. You just need to higher the top part of the bottom part... if this makes any sense:)) So even if the Pullip doll is taller, the bottom part will not be too short between the legs. If you get the pattern I can help you more if you need it:)
