Thank you! I do like a good 35mm lens, too. In fact the first video in this series was a comparison of some of the third-party 35mm f/1.2 ASP-C lenses.
I actually run the yognuao 50mm on sony and the 7 artisans on nikon. I had 2 different meike 85mm on the fuji mount before i gave up on the brand. Both had obvious decentering issues. Amazon has an excellent return policy.
@@DavidHancock the nomenclature is YN50mm F1.8S DF DSM. If you believe sony alpha blog it's price performance is pretty good. I wasn't impressed with it or disappointed. It's a lens that left me just whelmed.
I bought a used Sony Zeiss 55mm 1.8 it was cheaper than the Viltrox, I believe. Great video, it's nice to see your methodology on more modern lenses.
Thank you and that's a great deal on the Zeiss!
Nice review. It could be interesting making a comparison with the brands 35mm lenses.

@@DavidHancock I did see that video but I am an all full frame guy - mirrorless, DSL, SLR, so ASP-C lenses is not my game 😉
thanks for this review!

Is there a Yongnuo in FE mount? I thought there was but could only find it in EF.
