Battle of the Badges 2024 (B. Smith, Glock 45)

On today’s episode of COPS…
Bret competed in the third annual IWLA Battle of the Badges. This event is a Law Enforcement only match. Bret fared well at this match placing 34/118 competitors.

I love seeing people in law enforcement shooting competitively, which is rare. Increasing your skill set, gun handling and repetitions under the pressure of a clock is a plus on so many levels and it can be extremely humbling. Great work sir!

Thank you sir! I was like most LEOs when getting into competitive shooting. I thought it wouldn’t be a challenge and I would be better than everyone. I was quickly humbled! Although I’m not the best, I will continue to work to improve.
